The gang went home and I was about to go talk to Quando.

We was mad close in high school till the fight happened.

I got dressed in a Yellow Nike sweatsuit but with matching shorts.

"Who you tryna look all cute for?" Melly asked scrunching up his face.

"Man me, myself, and I, plus I'm going to talk to Quando" I told him grabbing my car keys only for them to be took from out my hands.

"Melly Stop fucking playing🙄" I said.

"What is you going over there for jhit?"

"To talk to an old friend that probably doesn't like me anymore because of you" I admitted.

"Tell me why you don't like him"

"I'm not gonna do this-" I cut him off.

"Tell me" I said through gritted teeth.

He didn't say anything.

"Ohhh I get it, you were jealous" I spoke nodding my head.

"I'm not jealous of that nigga"

"No not of him but you were jealous and thought he was gonna take me away from you" I said.

He didn't say anything after that.

"I have a whole kid with you Melly you trippin. I don't want Quando I want you" I told him pecking his lips multiple times.

"Ight man here" he told me passing me the car keys.

I took them and walked out the house.

I was omw to the trap anyway. So I could see him there.

I opened the trap doors and walked in with the smell of mad weed.

Where's Quando?

I looked upstairs to see him counting money.

He looked at me then wrote the number he counted on a piece of paper before looking at me again not saying anything.

"Can we talk?" I asked.

He nodded his head scooting over so I can sit in the space next to him.

"I'm sorry for back in high school"

"Don't worry bout it. That shit was 3 years ago" he said.

I nodded my head.

"Why you don't hang with the gang anymore?"

"I do just not with you and Melly"

"Well you can start again that shit over with just let him talk to you" I replied looking at all the money.

"Did they tell you bout Kentrell?"

He shook his head looking at me confused.

"Basically his new bitch was talm shit bout me and he ain't defend me but the others did. Then he gone take up for her and leave telling everybody fuck them" I admitted.

He looked shocked. "Hell no cuz sum going on he would never change on his gang"

I then thought about it because he was right. Kentrell would kill anybody for us it couldn't be no way.

"What you think is wrong cuz?" I asked him.

He shrugged his shoulders before looking at me.

"Ion know but ima figure it out, but for now I gotta count this money so get the fuck out" he laughed.

"Man fuck you, but love you oN neighborhood" I told him.

"Luh you too crip now bye" he said. I rolled my eyes and walked out.

They didn't need me at the trap since boss said I could come when I have my baby.

I walked out and got back into my car.

I drove to Melly momma house before grabbing Zhuri and getting some food.

"Where you wanna eat Noonie" I asked calling her by her nickname.

"McDonalds"

"Idk how your dad doesn't like it you definitely a mommy's girl" I said.

She just laughed.

"Did you have fun and grandma's"

She nodded her head.

"She gave me ice cream before I left"

"You And this ice cream thats Melly In you" I told her.

"Mommy whose Melvin?"

I laughed.

"Ima explain when you older" I said since I couldn't find a way to explain it to a 4 year old.

"Ok".

I went through the McDonald's drive thru and got her a happy milk and I got a double cheeseburger and another for Melly just in case but if he don't want it I won't hesitate to eat it.

I pulled up to the house and took Zhuri out her car seat.

We walked up to the house and I opened it with my key.

"Melly" I yelled.

"What i do?" He yelled back making me laugh.

"Nothing but I got Zhuri"

"My baby" He coo'd coming down the stairs. She smiled and ran up to him. He picked her up and started kissing all over her face.

It was so tute.

"What happened?" Melly asked.

"Nothing but we cool now..and you need to let what happened 3 years ago go because we didn't do anything so you overreacted for no reason" I spoke to him sternly.

"Ight bae I gotchu" He said coming up to me kissing my lips.

"Ew" Zhuri said with a mug in her face.

"That's how you were made little girl" I mumbled.
