Chap 10

"I fucking hate Sophia Rose!" Lexi growled and flung her phone on the bed. Sophia Rose was queen bee of the seniors. She was pretty, but a snake and tried to kick Lexi  off the cheer team. It almost worked though and Lexi's hated her since.
"Horrible." Brynn agreed.
"Oh, by the way cheer practice starts on Monday." Lexi leaned over the bed to grab her phone.
Just then the door opened and Johnny stuck his head in. "Laur are mom and dad going to San Francisco tomorrow?"
Lauren wrinkled her forehead. "I think so. Why?"
"I'm having a party." He smirked. "Don't tell on me."
He was closing the door behind him, but the doorbell rang. He frowned, "you didn't order anymore food did you?"
We shook our heads. "Well go check anyway."
I rolled my eyes and I got up. The bell rang again. "I'm coming." I muttered and ran down the stairs. I opened the door and saw a pretty redheaded girl standing there. "Who are you?" She raised her eyebrow.
"I think I should be asking that question." I shot back.
She huffed. "I'm Nadia turner. Is Johnny here?"
"Um yeah." I turned around. "Orlando! It's for you!" I yelled.
"Who ARE you?" Nadia scowled.
"Kenzie Ziegler." I twisted a strand of hair around my finger.
"Who is it Ziegler?" Johnny's voice came from behind me.
Nadia stepped into the house. "Hey Johnny."
He stopped dead next to me, staring at her. "Nadia?" He asked in disbelief.
Nadia hugged him and pressed her lips against his cheek. "Missed me?"
Johnny was still in a state of shock. "What are you doing here?"

I walked backwards. "I'll be upstairs." And I ran up and burst into Lauren's room.
Lexi put a hand on my shoulder. "Slow down. What's up?"
"Who was it?" Lauren asked.
"Nadia turner."
Lauren turned white. "Say again?"
Just then Nadia herself walked into the room. She wrinkled her nose. "Who are all these people Johnny?"
"Lauren's friends." He leaned against the door.
"Lauren!" Nadia squealed and hugged her. Brynn flicked her eyes from Johnny to Nadia.
"Hi... Nads." Lauren managed.
"I have so much to tell you!" Nadia glanced at us. "Alone, though."
Lauren noticed it. "Nadia this is Lexi jayde, Brynn Rumfallo and Mackenzie Ziegler."
Nadia pointed at me. "I met her." She turned to Johnny. "You know when I saw her, I thought she was your girlfriend."
Johnny spluttered in indignation. "What!?"
"We wish." Lauren mumbled.
I glared at her. "Laur, you and Nadia have some things to talk about don't you?" I smiled sweetly at her. "Why don't you go?"
"Yeah, Lauren come on." Nadia grabbed her arm. Lauren scowled at me as Nadia dragged her from her room.
Johnny stood against the door for some time and his eyes swept the room and met mine. Then he looked away and left.
"Oof." Lexi fell on the bed. "Such drama."
"Tell me about it." I sighed.
"Wait I'll stalk her on Instagram!" Brynn pulled out her phone.
She tapped the phone a few times. "Private." She groaned. "I'll request."
Just then Lauren came back. She walked over to me and punched my arm.
"Ow! Lolo stop it!"
"Ok, Lauren." Lexi flipped back her long hair. "Spill the tea."
