"Get back here you worthless son of a bitch! Get back here!!"

I was currently running from him. Him being my father, whom was chasing after me in hot pursuit. Tears streamed down my face. He was getting closer. *Sniff* He raised the blade as he neared. *Sob* I tripped. *Hic* I look up to see Tonbo staring down at me.

"You're pathetic, you know? You should just die! No one will miss you!" She was screaming at me. *Whimper* Tears were pouring down my face now. Then my biological father came into view. He raised his knife.

"Someone help me," I whimpered quietly. Looks like Tonbo's training paid off for her and his purpose. The knife came crashing down on me.

My eyes flew open. I was first presented with a gorgeous black cat peering down at me, paw on my face. Big green eyes seemed worried, but it then turned around. The soft black tail of the pretty feline hit me in the face, then it hit me, I'm not in my home. I sat up and peered around the room. It was dark. I glanced to my side and saw a nightstand. The digital clock that sat atop it glowed eerily in the dark room. It read 2:45. Groaning, I pulled the covers off me and got up, already knowing that I wouldn't be able to fall back asleep. My bare, scarred feet hit the cold floor as the cat jumped off the bed and landed beside me. I was in my new guardian's home now. I believe his name is Aizawa Shouta. I walk out the door and into the flat. It was simple, but had everything it needed. Like lots and lots of coffee. I walked into and flicked the light on. I scanned the area and found the coffee pot close to the entrance, obviously of utmost importance in the morning considering how much it looks like it's been used. I walked over and saw the pot was empty so I got to work on making some. The cat still trailing behind me. After a couple of minutes the coffee was done and I went to sit down at the table that fit four. As far as I knew Aizawa lived alone. I wonder if he would let me call him dad? I mean, he's been more of a father than mine ever was. He probably wouldn't, in all seriousness, he probably hates you already, and you've barely even met him!

"Shut up Easel," I stated. No. It was an hour later until I finally had a mental breakdown and had gone through half a pot of coffee. I heard the floorboards creak. *Sniff*

"Oh, Lilac, what's wrong? You seem worried," a gruff monotone voice asked the cat That I hadn't known had disappeared until now. *Whimper*

"Meow!" Lilac mewed.

"What? Want me to follow you?"

"Mrow!"

"Alright," he chuckled deeply. As Lilac entered the kitchen Aizawa followed her soon after. He looked around. *Sniffle* He looks under the table and finds me there, a sobbing mess drinking coffee. "You look like a mess," he stated, "what's wrong?"

"He scares me," I whimpered. I suddenly flinch, catching dad's attention.

"Who?"

"Easel, he lives inside of me. He's scary."

"I see, you wanna talk about what made you cry? It'd be logical to say so that it doesn't get bottled up," he stated gruffly. I stare at him, pondering this matter. I then crawl out from under the table and cling to him, sobbing.

"Hey, hey, it's ok," he said. I could tell he was uncomfortable but he kept trying too ease my sobs. It helped, and I soon grew tired and fell asleep.

~Aizawa's p.o.v~

As her breathing evened I stood and picked her up. I was hoping to talk to her about Yueii but I guess right now isn't the best time. I glance tiredly at the wall, 3:59. Hizashi will be over in about two hours, enough time to get some sleep. As I picked Hitsuji up one her sleeves managed to slide up her arm. Cuts. Not from abuse, these were self done, some still fresh. The one thing I noticed was a long scar that ran from the top of her wrist to the middle of her arm. She's tried to kill herself before. Sighing, I stood up, Hitsuji still in my arms as I took her to her room. I laid her down but before I left I noticed a scar around her neck, it was as if someone had wrapped something around her neck. She had hung herself, but my question was what kept her from dying. I shuffled out of the room, deciding that I had seen enough. As i exited I grabbed my sleeping bag off the couch and dragged myself to my room to see if I could get any sleep.
