James's pov
Storm was trying to piss me off I swear as I jumped off of the bed and shifted snarling at the kennel and went in and bared my teeth at her and she lifted her white fox head to look at me her ears were starting to droop and she was covered in ice then I realised I had left the fucking window open! she was half frozen I walked over to her side and lied down and started to lick her ears trying to get them warm storm was pressed against my side as I continued she dug further into my fur seeing that foxes are tiny compared to a wolf I got up and laid on top of her and started to lick her nose free of ice, she had fallen asleep a little while ago and I started to get up she stirred a bit but fell back asleep I shifted ( with clothes on) and picked up her tiny fox undid the chain and put her on the floor before making a little nest out of the blankets and put storm in it then I shifted and climbed in next to her curled my tail around her and said to my wolf kale 'I really like her and I wish she was my mate but a girl as cute as that and a guy like me it was never meant to be' kale replied with 'I don't know James there is some thing about her...' then I fell asleep
Taleahs pov yay
The guy just put me down on the ground I don't want to be apart from him then my inner wolf lavender screamed "MATE MATE MATE" wait hold the phone this guy is my mate? then I whispered "mate.." and he nodded at James and storm as storm was coming out from under James he snatched her up by the scuff and I smelt and saw the faint smell of blood from storms scruff I turned to my mate who told the other two guys to leave once they left he shifted into a pure black wolf with the bluest of eyes in the world he nudged my shoulder and flicked his head telling me to follow him and so I did he led me to a house in the woods it looked like a log cabin the front door had a large doggy door as he held it open for me to go in then he entered we went up some stairs to what I would say was his room and I shifted and so did he "so..." I said "umm right well my name is Tyler and you are?" I answered with confidence that I didn't even know I had and said
"My name is Taleah" we sat there in silence sitting side by side on the bed for a bit then he said "so Taleah your my mate" as he said that he slid over near me more i said "I guess so... Do you have any family members?" he shook his head "no they all live in Europe and they don't class me as a part of the family it makes me sad knowing that I don't have any one to call my family" "well now you have me"
I said in a shy voice facing him he looked at me and when he started to lean in an instinct told me to do the same thing and our lips connected fireworks went off in my stomach as I closed my eyes enjoying the moment we both pulled apart and stared at each other for a while before we snapped out of it and Tyler said "so what about you? any family members?" I thought and said "well I have an aunty that is horrible to me but that's it" and that's how we spent that afternoon getting to know one another before I looked out the window realising that it was now dark out Tyler followed my gaze and said "you can stay here if you want?" I blushed and said "thank you" so that night we both slept on his queen bed into a dreamless sleep
