The next day in the hospital:
Richie: "I cant let him die...I just can't..."
Dr.Owens: "I'm sorry. We have to-
Richie: "let me see him...one more time.
Richie walks in. He hugs Eddie.
Richie: "I'm sorry Eddie. I love you."
Richie grabs Eddie's hand.
Richie: "squeeze my hand if your still in there..."
After a minute of silence, Richie is about to let go but, Eddie squeezes back. Richie's eyes widen and he kisses Eddie's forehead and runs into the other room.
Richie: "HE SQUEEZES MY HAND"
Dr.Owens: "Impossible. He's dead..."
Beverley: "ok, Richie is a lot of things but he is NOT a liar."
Dr.Owens: "but-"
Eddie gets up and walks behind Owens, where everyone but Owens can see him.
Everyone: "EDDIE"
Richie: "What can I say except, 'Your welcome?~"
Eddie: "Richie...Sav...ed..me"
Richie: "wait wut—"
Sonia pushed Richie-not to hard but not to soft-to see Eddie
Sonia: "MY BABY!"
Eddie: "M-Mommy :)"
Sonia: "we HAVE to get you home."
Eddie: "ok"
Dr.Owens: "mam, you cant just-"
