She's highly skilled with this quirk and is able to emit up to thirteen chains and move them with her mind. She often triggers this quirk on instinct to either protect herself or restrain Katsuki when he's on a rampage.

Lightning Flash/Speed Force: Kyoko inherited this quirk from her grandmother on Masaru's side of the family. This quirk allows her to control electricity and gives her superhuman speed. Restrictions/Weaknesses to Quirk

Chains: The chains are apart of Kyoko's being. If one is broken, which is close to impossible, it would cause her immense pain. If overused she gets nosebleeds and looses energy.

Lightning Flash/Speed Force: Cold temperatures and hyper-metabolism are weaknesses to this quirk. This is because Kyoko's speed is built-up of heat in her body, which leaves her vulnerable to extremely cold temperatures. Her hyper-metabolism burns calories faster than anyone else, which requires her to consume large amounts of nutrients.
