If you're just reading this for the first time, this is important. If this is any other time after your first and you remember the prologue, you can skip.
Basically, I accidentally deleted the prologue, so here's a short summary:
The main protagonist Skittish, (Then called Resourcefulcub) witnessed a fight between his parents (Confident (Dad) and Resourceful.) Confident gives Resourceful a nasty face scar, names his brothers and sisters (Brothers: Fuss, Daring) (Sisters: Observant, Soldier, Shy) and there are 6 cubs in total. Confident goes (more or less): "Dude they're weak lets abandon them" then Resourceful drives a stick through his neck, starting the first ever lioness-run pride, prompting them to go to the Great Mother to see if that's acceptable. Head to chapter 3 (Skittish 1) to see that journey.
