Ten Days Adventure. « Tyrus.

Day Ten: The Last Day, Party Time. (unedited)

Today was Thursday, which ment, it was last day of school, before summer vacation. It was early in the morning, and Cyrus was already up. To be honest, he did not sleep at all. He was nervous due to the big party that was today at his school, late in the afternoon. Also, this party was the main reason why he and TJ did not plan anything for today.

TJ told him he had everything under control. Besides, according to his journal, today was the last day of TJ and his "ten day adventure." Cyrus went even more nervous because of that thought.

He went through his phone and saw that he still had ten minutes left. He decided to go through his camera roll. The first thing he taped was the album full with pictures of TJ and him. He taped one of the photos and smiled when the photo zoomed.

It was a photo of TJ from the day six, at the beach. TJ was smiling as he was watching the sunset, his hair were forming small curlers. He looked really happy. Cyrus took the picture without him noticing.

It was one of the best days ever.

Eventually, when the time was right, he got up and got dressed for school.
He went downstairs with his bag in his back, grabbed a cereal par real quick and started heading at school.

"Wow, they really are trying here." Buffy said with a surprising tone.

The crew were now at the Gym, were the party is supposed to be today afternoon. Kids were all over the place, taking care of the decoration, the music and what kind of snacks and drinks they are going to have.

Cyrus was surprised and impressed at the same time. He hardly perceived the pair of hands around him.

When he turned, he saw a smiley TJ from behind. He smiled back.

"Hey." TJ greeted the boy in front of him, getting a small "Hi." from Cyrus.

"So, I wanted to ask you if you want us to head together at the party tonight."

TJ saw Cyrus hesitation, he understood that the boy did not want to leave his friends alone, so he also added, "you do not have to answer me now, take your time.",and with that he headed to gym's exit.

Cyrus turned to face his friends who they had an amused look on their faces.

"What are you waiting for?" Buffy spoke up, "Tell your boyfriend to come and pick you up tonight".
Andi just nodded with a big smile.

Cyrus returned the smile, and immediately grabbed his phone.

Cy: Come and pick me up at 8.

The party was wild, and high-schoolers were going crazy. The music volume was loud, and the croud was really enjoying.

As soon as TJ and Cyrus got inside, they grabbed each other hand, so they won't lose each other.

After a short time, they found Buffy with Marty and Andi with TJ's sister Amber, dancing and having some good old time.

The pair faced each other and laughed as they reached their friends.

They started dancing along with the music rythme, not caring about anything or anyone.

It was now almost midnight, and anyone could say that TJ's adrenaline was hitting red. He and Cyrus were pretty close at the dancefloor.

The boys were having an amazing night, especially Cyrus. He was trying to get TJ at the stage for the Karaoke competition but, TJ was down. He has other plans.

TJ decided it was the right time for it, so he just grabbed Cyrus' hand gently and pouled him out, somewhere more quietly.

Cyrus was confused and a little scared for what was coming next but, he trusted TJ so he just left him lead the way.

On their way, there were some girls getting close to TJ while he was just trying to make them move gently. Cyrus felt a little jealous, without knowing why.

As soon as they were somewhere more quiet, and alone, TJ turned to face Cyrus. Anyone could say, he was nervous.

"Look Cyrus, the past ten days, were something else. I had a lot of fun and I got to know you better. Most importantly, I got to develope feelings for you. I know you had history with Nathaniel but, I really want us to work out. I really like you Cyrus..."

Cyrus was now scared.

"Please say something.", TJ sounded so desperate.

"No."

TJ was a little confused but, very disappointed. "What do you mean 'no' ".

"I mean, no. You can not do this to me TJ. We are friends, nothings more, nothing less. You can not come to me now and tell me you have feelings for me." Cyrus wanted so badly to leave.

TJ was now frustrated but, he tried really hard not to show it.
"So, you are telling me all those ten days we spent together ment nothing more to you? You are telling me all of this was a 'two guys hanging out as friends to you' to you? Because Cyrus I am sorry but, this", points out himself and Cyrus, "is more than a 'friend buddies' to me."

Cyrus did not answer. He was in shock. TJ signed before he said,
"Okay fine. Look me in the eyes then, and say it."

"Say what?" Cyrus was feeling really sick right now.
"Say you do not like me Cyrus. If you do, I will stop and leave you alone, for good."

Cyrus took a step forward, without taking his eyes of TJ's face.

"I do not like you, Tj."
