I woke up the next morning surprisingly feeling pretty good I got up and walked to my bathroom I decided to take a nice hot shower just got ready basic health care things

Once I finished I picked out my outfit I wore a friends t shirt and gray biker shorts just something simple then decided to do my hair my favorite part of my routine since it's just so pretty and curly

I look at the clock on my phone and realized it was just about time for me to catch the bus I hurry and grab my backpack on my way out my room I slammed the door shut behind me

I run downstairs to be greeted by my dad "Hey Elenora" "Hi Dad" "I'm off to school bye"! I rush out the door before he can really say another word while walking to the bus stop I realize I'm just in time as the bus pulls up

I get on the bus and immediately my eyes search for my best friend "Hey Lina girl" I say while sitting next to her "Hey lele boo" she say giggling "Soooo" she says with a smirk while wiggling her eyebrows "What" I asked confused but yet amused by how silly she is

"How was it yesterday did you and Finn hit it off" she asked excited to hear my response "It was actually better than I expected" "Spill" she said seriously I basically told her everything even the part where I had to kick him out because my drunk dad came flying into the house

"Well at least it was good while it lasted" "Yeah you right" I said agreeing before I knew it we were already at the school "Hey lele can you do me a favor" "Yeah sure what's up?" I ask "Behave today. okay?" She said to me seriously "Okay Lina I'll try for you hun" but it won't be easy I thought to myself

I looked out the window to see we have made it to the school Lina and I stood up and exited the bus by the stairs while walking into the school I just kept telling myself behave today behave today over and over Finn is already suspicious of my dad now imagine me coming to school with a bruise or something

When I entered the school I took a glance across the hall and saw Finn but of course he was with Millie we then made eye contact he smiled at me and I couldn't even notice that I had smiled back

"Lele are you blushing?!" Lina said snapping me back into reality "What no honey I don't blush especially over no boy" I said sassily walking away to my locker "Okay....sure then why are your cheeks so bright" she said not buying it "Well there is a thing called blush" I said while shrugging my shoulders "Rightttttt" Lina said while holding out the word

"Well I'm off to class I'll see you during lunch hun" I said while blowing a kiss "Alrighty bye boo" Lina said as we walked in opposite directions  I went up to the stranger things cast just to make sure they knew where to go

"So y'all cool or do I need to baby you guys two days in a row" I said sarcastically "No thanks we got it from here love" Millie said so sweetly ugh here we go again "I'll see you lata honey" she said to Finn while giving him a kiss on the cheek and like that she left

I just rolled my eyes and decided to walk my happy ass to class "Hey wait up" I hear Finn tell "Well how bout you catch up" I said rudely "Come on I thought we were making progress" he said I just stop in my tracks "Finn you're cool so I'm going to give you a warning watch what you say to me I'm a big b**ch and what I say come off wrong so I'mma keep myself from going off on you got it" "Yes ma'am!" He said smiling which made me kind of chuckle this kid is really funny

So far trouble free I haven't started anything or talked back Lina will be proud "Hey Lele" Lina said greeting me "Heyyyy" " hmm judging from the fact that you are not currently in a principals office I'm going to say you listened" she said proud but a bit shocked "Yep I've been good all day" "Woohoo as a reward we'll sit with the cheer squad" she said "Ha good one" I said laughing

"I'm serious Lele we have tryouts today and I want them to meet you" she said hopefully "Why" I said confused "Well the reason I didn't want any trouble out of you is because I want you to try out . you'll have good chances since I'm captain in all" she said basically begging "Lina I love you to the moon and back but I just don't like those type of girls I'm surprised I like you" I said seriously

"Come on Elenora pleaseeeee" she said with puppy eyes "Fine I'll try out but I rather sit with Millie then those tools" I said fed up "Alright I understand see you after school bestie" she said winking while walking to the cheer squad once she left I made my way to Finn's table "Hey guys" I waved "Hey" they all said soon as I sat down I just see the sight of Millie and Finn canoodling....what did I get myself into
