Their quirk allows them to control light/color and shadows, but at a heavy cost. They share one mind and can only use one of the two at once. David uses shadows and Dawn uses light/colors.
Reason for Quirk Uniqueness: The twins were supposed to be just that: twins. Dawn was reabsorbed in the womb and they ended up as a sort of separate identity. They share one body with 2 minds. David is the dominant personality which puts quite the damper on their social life to do his brashness.

His quirk allows him to open up those things in his back to let out his long "tendril" like drills. Over using it makes him weak and takes up too much of his iron from his blood (so he carries around blood so he can drink it yes its weird)

Quirk: Tattoo Manipulation
The tattoos on her are phoenixs' and they can become alive, and Phoenix can control them , but they are attached to her body, the tattoos can dettache but only for 30-60 seconds. The tattoo on her back can become wings like a phoenix has. The fire of the tattoos do not affect her, but they affect everything around it, basically they set almost everything on fire around her. The tattoos of the phoenixs' where there when she devoleped her quirk, the sword and the gun tattoo she got tattooed on. The sword and the gun tattoo have time limits, 60seconds- 10 minutes.
