After about 30 minutes Lashton came back in. "Sorry you had to see me like that love." He said. I didn't reply.

"Danny? You alright?" He asked, his voice full if concern.

"Lashton, I'm sorry, I don't think I can be your mate!" I blurted out. He looked at me in shock. "Are you rejecting me?" He growled, giving me a glare.

But I somehow knew better. He was heart broken.

My heart broke into pieces at the thought. "No!" I quickly said. "I just don't want to give you a chance only for you to break my heart like that bastard did!!" I explained looking down.

I know that I'm not enough. I'm a horrible lunos, I know I am. I can't even fight to save my pack! "You know i'd NEVER do that! You're my mate!" He exclaimed.

I gave him a broken look. "Do I? Do I truly know that? So what if I am your second chance mate. You could easily betray me, you could break me!" I cried.

"NO! I wouldn't do that! You don't even know me! Please! Just give me a chance!" Lashton said, getting on his knees to beg.

It was then that I saw how sincere he was, or how good of an actor he was... Goddess I hope I don't regret this.

"Fine." I mumbled hesitantly, wiping my tears away.

Lashton stood with a huge grin and tears in his eyes. "I swear you won't regret any of this! I'll keep both you and our child safe and happy!" He cried in relief before pulling me into a tight huge.

I hesitantly put my arms around him. Then did Andy decide to cry. "Let me take care of him. You must be tired after everything. I swear nothing with happen or take Andrew away." Lashton promised.

"Ok." I agreed. I went over to the bed and layed down, too tired to change. The moment I laid my head on the pillow, I fell asleep.

I smiled down at my mate before going to pick up our crying son. "Shhh it's ok, Daddy's here." I coo at him and make funny faces.

He stops crying and looks up at me with a teary smile and laughs. I grin down at him. "Your such a cute baby!!" I said and kissed his cheek before checking his diaper. "Oh, you went pee pee did ya?" I coo at him. I lay him on the changing table and change his diaper.

"There now your all clean." I say. Andrew lets out a yawn before slowly closing his eyes. I walk over to his crib and lay him down in it. After, I smile down at him fondly before I leave the room.

I glance at the two guards posted outside of the room. "Don't leave from this door no matter what." I ordered.

They nodded and I walked down the hall back to the meeting room. This is the thing I was gonna tell my father before I found my beautiful mate.

The alpha of the Gestor pack had came and wanted to talk with my father. I of course had to be there, even after all the events that happened.

As the alpha's son, it was my duty to learn how to be a good alpha and to develop good communication skills to negotiate with other alpha's and make peace with them. I got to the room and took a seat to the right of my father.

A few minutes later the alpha of the Gestor pack arrived. We stood and shook his hand. "sorry for the delay Alpha Uris. We had a slight problem but that was dealt with." My father explained. "It's alright, happens to everyone." He chuckled. My father nodded with a smile.

"Let's get this meeting started then."
