'chapter 3'

Ashley woke up to the sound of her alarm clock, like always. It was a Saturday, sunny morning in California. Other then everything going on, she's felt distant with her best friends lately. She picked up her phone off of her dresser.

Ashley💛 : Hey guys, wanna make plans for today?

Jacee💚: Bet! Where?

Ana💜: Ooooh hi!

Ashley💛 : How about at the mall?

Luke💙: I hate the mall....

Jacee💚 : Too bad! We're going!

Ana💜: Oh we are?

All💗: Yes, Ana!

Ashley dragged herself out of bed and started the shower, she looked at herself in the mirror and stripped. She got into the shower and felt the warm water on her skin as she washed her hair and body. When she finished she turned off the shower and got her towel, stepping out of the shower. Drying off then putting on her clothes, drying her hair, and doing her makeup. She rushed out of the house and said bye to her mom!

She got into her car and picked up Ana because she lived close to her. "Hey girllllll!" she came walking out of her house. "Ana are you high?!" Ashley asked a little concerned. Ana got into the car and waited a minute to respond, "I just thought it was the perfect time to get high.." she said slowly. Ashley shook her head and sighed, driving off to the mall. When Ashley and Ana got to the mall, Jacee and Luke were already there waiting. "You didn't have to make us wait for 10 hours!" Jacee complained. "Yeah!" Luke agreed with Jacee. "Well uhm... We had some difficulties with Ana, but she's okay now, maybe." Ashley said softly, walking into the mall.

When Ana, Ashley, Jacee and Luke got into the mall, they walked around for a bit. They went to get food, when Ashley heard a familiar ding and instantly knew it was Tyler.

Tyler💚: Hey! Where are you?

Ashley❤️: Oh, I'm just at the mall, wbu?

Tyler💚: Just home!

Ashley❤️: Okay I gotta go, bye!

Tyler💚: Bye..

Tyler sighed as he put his phone down and covered his face with his hands. He missed Ashley and he wanted to see her but she was out with friends. He got up and looked around for something to do. He then realized what his friends were doing, nothing. He decided to invite them over. With one text Tyler had his friends over.

Ashley was still at the mall with her friends, looking around for things to buy. They walked into many, many stores, most of them Luke did not wanna be in. Before they finally decided it was enough for them. They walked out of the mall and said their goodbyes. Ana and Ashley headed to their car, and Luke and Jacee headed to theirs. The friend group both drove home that day happy that they spent it all together.
