The Crusades have begun, with each Legion clearing sections of space, reuniting humanity under the single banner of the Emperess. Seeing as 18 matriarchs were conquering the Galaxy, The Empress gave the 2 Primarchs a special role, to punish the other 18 if they cause problems.
Harcross monitors the first-tenth Legions, while Dolor monitors the twelfth-twentieth Legions. The 2 brothers have 2 different ideas how to punish. Harcross believes having the leader humiliated for the Legion to see, is punishment enough. Dolor has the belief that taking the offender and punishing them for days is effective.
