They slowed down as they came into the busy city. Faith skated onto the side walk followed by the others. "OK, where do we need to go." she said. She walked up to the map and Cloudeon sat on her shoulder as they looked for the gym. Austin and Alexandra were behind her struggling to get their roller skates off.
"There!" Faith cried. She quickly got her roller skates off and chucked them on the side walk, "Come on!" Austin and Alexandra stood up with their Eevees on their shoulders. Faith grabbed Cloudeon off her shoulder and they ran up the path. "In here!" Faith shouted to her friends as she turned into a even busier street.
They stopped dead in their tracks and looked up at the towering building that seemed like they touched the clouds. "Woah." they said in harmony. They walked slowly through the street like time was in slow motion.
Faith finally came to the door of the gym and a guard stood at the door, "You wanna come in." he asked not even looking down. "Y-Yes please, I need to shoe Skye something." Faith said sharply. She went to push past the guard but he stepped in the way, "Electric badge please." he said putting his hand out. Faith looked back at her friends then up at the guard, "I don't have one!" Faith cried out, "But please! I have a air type Eevee that Skye needs to see!" The guard looked down and his eyes widened at the Eevee. "Why didn't you just say!" he snapped. He stepped sideways and let them past.
"This is amazing!" Austin said. He held his Vaporeon so it could see and Alexandra did the same. They looked at the gym and Skye stood at the other side with a Arktos. "Challengers!" Skye said, "Come forwards!" she beckoned them forwards. "Stay here guys." Faith whispered. She walked across the gym to Skye. "Skye, i'm not here to fight, I need to show you something." The happiness on Skyes face all seemed to vanish at this sentence, "Fine." she grumbled. Faith held Cloudeon out and Skye jumped down the steps and looked at it, "Did you paint a Eeve to look like the extinct Cloudeon?" she asked. Faith sighed, "No! I found a REAL Cloudeon!" she snapped. Skye held out her arms and Faith handed her the Cloudeon. The Cloudeon struggled and flaps it wings again, "Cloudeon!" Faith cried out, but was too late. Her Cloudeon flapped it wings hard anf flew from Skyes arms and blew her backwards onto the floor.
Arktos screeched and took off into the air. Cloudeon turned and let out a little growl. "Arktos no!" Skye said. "What's he doing!" Austin asked his sister, "He is about to use quick attack on Cloudeon!" she replied. She was right, Arktos charged at the weak Cloudeon and hit it, then flew and hit it again and did this three times until Cloudeon fell from the air and had fainted
