No, not really. I never really have honestly.
Explanation:
Now, it's not that I don't ship hinny because I ship Harry with someone else, but I overall just find the ship boring.
Firstly, they hardly have any chemistry at all, and there were hardly any mentions of Harry liking Ginny until randomly in the middle of book 6. They get together for like a month, break up, then get back together again. I will admit, Rowling at least tried to give their relationship more shape in book 7, but overall I think that hinny was just random and out of context. Not to mention she's his best friends sister, which makes matters a little awkward.
