Before we begin, I want to thank all of you that have followed the series up to now. I hope you enjoy the first part to the final episode of book 3.
Suddenly Korra shot up from her meditation and smacked the ground, leaving a small bruise on the side of her head. "Ow, that was deep" she cried to herself. Korra got up and walked to the temple but as she walked closer, she began to get a strange feeling. "Something's, not right" she said to herself. Korra opened the door to the temple, and as she did, she came to a room full of broken objects and flipped furniture everywhere. "Huh? what? what happened here?" Korra asked.
Korra walked down the hallway and kept looking around at more broken things. As she came to the end of the hallway, Korra heard the sounds of whimpering and as she looked in Tenzin's room, she saw Pabu whimpering by a broken vase. "Pabu? what's wrong?" Korra asked walking toward the ferret. Pabu whimpered again looking at the vase and this time as Korra looked at it too, she saw a piece of paper in the middle of the shattered glass. "What in the name of?" Korra asked. Korra took the piece of paper and flipped it over and there stood a message on it, and as Korra read it, she suddenly began to tear it piece by piece.
"So Zaheer, that's how you want to play it?" Korra asked. Suddenly her arms turned blue and her veins shined from her skin and she glared upon the crumbled letter. "It's time to pay Zaheer!" Korra yelled. Korra then blasted from the roof of the temple and flew through the skies, on her way to the Air Temple of Time. At that time at the temple, Zaheer had stood on the bank of the temple, taking a look at Republic City before the gates opened. "Who must disturb me?" Zaheer asked turning around. And there was a surprise to the man, in which Yukon had brought in Tenzin who was tied up and beaten. "Well, well, well, look at what we have here" Zaheer growled. Tenzin opened his eyes and looked upon Zaheer and to his surprise did he see a dark beast. "Zaheer? what have you done to yourself?" Tenzin asked.
"I have used the ancient words of the dark lords and I have claimed that power to be mine, and now with this power I shall destroy Republic City and you once and for all" Zaheer growled. "No, that will never happen Zaheer, you, you are a monster!" Tenzin yelled. "I know and it shall work Tenzin, and if not, I will destroy every living thing on this planet until I do succeed" Zaheer growled. "That shall never happen!" Tenzin yelled. "That shall be to see, Yukon, untie Tenzin, it is time we finish this!" Zaheer yelled.
