simply existing

Normal Day

"Beep, beep, beep, beep" I move my hand to try to find the alarm and turn it off. I get up and put on the same standard clothes and pull my hair up in the normal ponytail i always do. I walk into the kitchen and make the same plain breakfast of otmeal, I put some strawberries in it to try to add a little more flavor, but it's still bland and boring. I eat the rest of the otmeal and check the time. I grab my bag and walk to rosemary cafe before I head to work.
    The inside has the same rose red color on the walls, and a brown couch in the back of the room. Three guys are sitting on the couch waiting for their coffee. A girl in a floral dress just like mine and black combat boots sitting is sitting in a green plastic stool next to the window. As she looks out the window to the noisy and over crowded street of New York. I turn to observe the barista and notice that she has brown hair in a side  fish tail braid, she is wear a brown shirt that says rosemary cafe and blue jeans, with some extra jewelry and white vans. Then the person in front of me moves to the side as the barista says "next" and i move up to take my order. " I'd like a strait coffee with some milk please." I get my money out after she says " that will be four dollars please." I hand her the four dollars and walk over to a green chair with wheels on the bottom, that is on the other side of the door from the girl in the stool.

I sit down and I turn twords the widow, and quickly pull out my sketch book and open it to a new clean page. I look out side to the diffrent shops and see a light pink necklace with a black trim and it gives me an idea of an outfit. I quickly start to sketch a blouse with a white coller with silver embellishments on the ege. And I carfully draw a flower style and label it pink for the base of the shirt and the inside layer of lace light pink and another layer of lace and note that piece black. I start to draw some white trousers that cuff at the feet, with some white flats.
When I finish the barista yells " one straight coffee for a Rachel pizzaro." I have to go by my middle name, because people are not aloud to have unique, or strange sounding names. I put up my sketch book and walk over, and grab my coffee from the counter i walk out of the door and down to the subway.

When I get in I sit down in the seat right next to the door, and I observe a women wearing a white floppy hat and a white jump suit with some sandels. I see a guy wearing a normal green shirt and some kaki shorts. When I get off the bus I go up the stairs and go the usual route to work. I turn at the resterant on the corner and walk straight. I go behind an old abandoned apartment building and lift up a hidden door under a garbage can, and I climb down the ladder, soon getting to a flat surface with a flickering light. I look down the long, dim hallway, and start to walk down, going deeper and deeper into the shadows. I stop at a door that looks like a bank volt, and turn the handle. When I walk through the door bright lights coming from computers, TV'S, and lamps, hit my face and I close my eyes and turn my head away, and I keep moving forward slowly getting used to the bright and popping colors. As I walk pass people on computers, with head gear on, people trying cloths on, and some just talking to each other I hear my name coming from behind me. I turn to find my best friend Sabrina. She smiles at me and runs to hug me tight, making me unable to breathe. When she finally let's go of me, I notice that she changed her hair. It used to be straight, long and almost a bleach looking blond, but now it's a short to the shoulders curly brunette with a few bold highlights mixed in. I smile, and say" I love what you did with your hair Sabrina!!!!!!"
She smiles back and says " thanks zara! You should go see the boss, he has somthing to tell u." I look at her confused but say "Ok" and I turn around on my heals and start to slowly walk twords Mr. Leverett's office.
I stop right before I open the door, I take a deep breath and I open the door and walk in. I look in and see Mr. Leverett writing somthing down, and I say " Sabrina said you wanted to talk to me about somthing?" He looks up at me, smiles and says in a smooth deep voice " ahh, zara pizzaro, yes, yes, come in, sit down."
I sit down in the big brown chair in front of his desk and he starts talking again and his face gets serious." you have been studying and observing day and night lizzy parker since you were 10, and you have been doing a great job. " I feel like theirs a but coming?" I say my voice wobbly. Mr. Leverett laughs and says " not buts zara, I just wanted to acknowledge your hard work, and so keep doing what you've been doing." I smile, say thank you, and I walk out of the room. I go over to Thomas and ask him to find where lizzy is right now. "Ok" Thomas said while looking where lizzy is, or is going. After awhile he leans back from his computer and yells " got it! She is at her house on treeline road 3536, and it looks like she is alone with her best friend and her boyfriend." I stare at the screen when it shows Eric masons profile. Eric is lizzy boyfriend, they have been dating for 6 years now, and there anniversary was 2 weeks ago Eric is one year older the lizzy. Eric has dark drown hair that looks soft, but i've never been able to touch it. He has beautiful deep blue eyes, and a sharp chin and narrow face. Hes also a little tan, i think, well i defently understand why lizzy likes him. He sweet, nice, kind, genuine, Gentle, and caring. Lizzys best friend is Kate mason, Eric's little sister. She has long straight brunette hair, a heart shaped face, and she's as pale as a ghost.
When I finally stop staring the the pictures and profiles on the screen I say "thanks Thomas, see ya later" While I start to walk out of the room. He says" no problem zara, remember I'm always here for you if you need anything, out side of work too."
I look back at him, smile and nod and then head out the door, through the hallway and up the ladder again. I ride the subway, and I ride a bike to treeline road. I drop my bike in the next house, before lizzy's house and I hide in a bush I scan the area to make sure No one is around to see me. I head to the back of the house and find another bush to hide in, so I run twords it and I turn to face the pool when I hear a loud splash. I see lizzy in a red and gold bikini  and her jet black hair up in a ponytail, I couldnt see the curls of her hair becuase the water straightened it out. I see Eric come up behind her and hug her, then he jumps and pretends to fall making both of them go under the water. Then Kate comes out in a picnic blanket style, red and white checkers, and the bottom piece has a mini skirt. Kate also has her hair up, but it's in a messy bun. She gets in the water and they start to play with a beach ball, then lizzy's dog comes over and starts to bark, I try to calm him down but he just keeps getting louder and louder. Kate gets distracted by the dog, and hits the ball out of the pool, Kate and mason go get the ball, leaving lizzy to handle her dog, that is right next to me, and I get nervous and try to think of what I should do, if I move she could notice me, and if I stay here, she will see me when she gets the dog. I start to panic and worry and I can't think straight.
