Chapter 8

You wake up from another one of those crazy dreams you've been having. The same charcoal bone masked titan is in it. In this dream, he's standing up and roaring as if he just won a big battle. Also, in this dream, you get to see his whole body. His whole body is covered in the same kind of bone armor. You don't know why you keep getting this dream and you start wondering what it could really mean. You try to get up but feel something heavy on your chest. You look down and Mikasa's head is resting on your chest.

"So, does she know?" A familiar voice asks.

"What are you talking about, Ymir?" You ask Ymir.

"Does she know that you like her?" Ymir asks.

This question makes you blush.

"I h-have no idea what you're talking about!" You say to Ymir.

"It's pretty obvious. Ever since you guys got close you started acting more happy and you finally started showing emotion. Before, you were just dead inside and everybody could see that." Ymir says.

"Fine, fine, you win. I do like her." You say.

"Well I think she likes you too." Ymir says.

You know that you and Mikasa are dating but you guys wanted to keep it a secret so you play dumb.

"What? Really? How so?" You ask Ymir.

"For a start, she's always blushing when you come around. She's also always talking more when you're by her. And last but not least, she just always seems more happy in general when she's around you." Ymir says.

"Hmm, I guess I'll confess to her maybe, one day." You say.

Mikasa wakes up and notices the position she's in. She gets off immediately and starts blushing like crazy.

"Good morning." You say to her.

"G-good morning." She says back.

You get up and put your shirt back on since you don't sleep with a shirt. You put your shoes and jacket on then leave to go train.

*Timeskip*

You are punching a dummy and you accidentally rip it open while punching it.

"Oops." You say while rubbing the back of your head and laughing nervously.

"That was a pretty good punch." Someone says.

"Huh?" You say while turning around to see who it is.

"The name's Annie. We haven't been properly introduced." She says while holding out her hand.

You shake her hand and ask "Weren't you the one who flipped Eren on his ass?" 

"Yeah, he was pretty weak." Annie says.

"But I think you're stronger. Would you care to spar?" Annie asks.

"Sure, let's do it." You say.

You get into your fighting stance and Annie makes the first move. She tries to kick you put you push it down then jab her gut. You try to hook her face. Your hand never connects and then next think you know you get punched in the jaw. This causes you to stumble over as the opponents are much stronger than when you were a kid. Annie pins you.

"That was a pretty good punch." Annie says.

"Uh, thank you, I guess." You say.

"You're kind of on top of me, could you please get off?" You ask Annie.

"No, I don't think I will." Annie says.

You try to push her off but your hands are pinned to the ground and you can't do anything. She tries to go for a kiss and you move your head. At the right moment Mikasa walks in since she was about to train too.

"Help would be appreciated, please." You say to Mikasa.

Mikasa notices what's happening and snaps.

"Get off of him." Mikasa says to Annie with a death glare.

"And what if I don't?" Annie asks Mikasa.

"Then I'll get you off of him myself." Mikasa says.

Annie gets off of you and you feel relieved. You are thankful and lucky Mikasa walked in. 

"(y/n), you'll regret dating that bitch." Annie says while leaving.

"Don't call her a bitch! She's over a billion times better than you'll ever be!" You say to Annie right before she turns the corner.

"Are you okay? What did she do to you?" Mikasa asks while you sit down.

"Basically I was training then she wanted to spar, so I accepted, she pinned me down and tried to kiss me then you walked in at the right moment." You say.

"You don't have feelings for her, right?" Mikasa asks sadly.

"Of course not! Only you." You say to her.

"Then prove it." Mikasa says.

"How?" You ask.

"B-by kissing me." Mikasa says while blushing.

You pull her in and kiss her. It's long and nice. You pull away.

"Was that good?" You ask her while blushing.

"Yeah." She says.

Little did you guys know.
