1: keep a brutally honest journal! 

keep a brutally honest journal about how you feel your daily mood weight BMI what you ate that day and anything else you might like to keep track of personally i like to write my weight height BMI score my how my relationship is doing through all the TTC journey my mood and daily activities such as yoga working out and meditating.

2:reach out to your closest friend.

talking to a close friend about your TTC journey could really help you get things off your mind hat doesn't include sitting down and wright its a good outlet in a stressful time vent out all your TTC frustrations to your bestie. if you don't feel comfortable sharing anything with one of your friend i suggest getting the app GLOW you can talk and vent on there anonymously  while also keeping track of your periods ovulation and fertile days after you logged three periods the app becomes accurate every time you just have to be patient.

3:exercise!

this is very important  and a key ingredient to feeling better about yourself everyday just dont go crazy a little bit of cardio or yoga can do wonders for the mind it releases feel good chemicals or endorphins in the body that helps with depression called dopamine

4: go outside 

get outside girl! research shows that getting outside more often helps with depression and anxiety so plan on doing something fun with your partner or some of your girlfriends 

5: use positive language 

everyday in the morning start your day off right look in the mirror and appreciate your body and your health tell yourself your beautiful and give yourself a hug i know it sounds silly but it will boost your confidence and make your day a whole lot better 

6:stay calm:

if you and your partner are frustrated that you haven't conceived yet stay calm and meditate be patient your time will come 

7:chose your battles: 

it can be a frustrating thing when you haven't conceived yet and you might get upset at every little thing your partner does chose your battles girl being upset frustrated pissy and stressed will not help you conceive it will lower your chances and just make you and your partner all around feel bad and have a bad day  

8:take a break if you nee to 

ttc is a lot harder than you think and stressful so when the going gets rough take a break for a month or to go out drinking to a club or just have  kick back with a few friends and just all around re group 

9: plan some me time 

just relax take a bubble bath paint your nails do your hair and makeup or even do your favorite hobbies having me time is important and helps you de stress from all the ttc so just sit back and relax
