Chapter 9: HELP ME!!

Wakiya and Hancho's POV:

It had been a while since they separated from the group.
They walked in what was partial darkness. The lamps that were hanging around the maze were dimmer than they were before.
The wind wasn't making the situation any better.
But what was worse was the silence between them.

Usually they would be fighting over something, anything.
But all that could be heard was the wind and the distant screams from people getting jumped scared.

Wakiya couldn't stop thinking about what had happened earlier.
With Hancho on top of him.

He couldn't believe they had been so close to each other. It had made his heart beat so fast that it felt like it was going to bust right out of his chest.

It all had proven Hoji's suspicion...

*Flashback*

Hoji and Wakiya had just left Hancho off at his house.
They had just watched Doctor Strange and were now having a conversation when Hoji noticed something was off with Wakiya.

"Hey are you ok?"

Wakiya had his face turned towards the window. Lost in thought..
He hadn't realized when Hoji talked to him.

Hoji had his suspension on who he was thinking about.

While they were watching the movie, Hoji had noticed that Hancho had fallen asleep on Wakiya.
Wakiya gave him a panicked look and had a very flustered face.

Hoji couldn't do anything so he just gave a 'sorry cant help' look.

So Wakiya sat the rest of the time with a sleeping Hancho on him. At some point he had also taken his lollipop out of his mouth so he didn't choke on it as he slept.

Later Wakiya also fell asleep.
So Hoji got a nearby blanket and covered them up before he left to train for a bit.

When they woke up they were very shocked to say the least.
And very embarrassed.

But Hoji suspected something else was going on.
So he was going to test his theory.

"Are you thinking of Hancho?"

Wakiya's head turned around so fast you couldn't even see it.

"That's ridiculous! Why would I be thinking about him?"

Even with his outburst, you could see his face had started to heat up.
Hoji took this as an advantage, So he told him in a calming voice.

"You know you can tell me anything."

Wakiya sat there in silence and wandered.
Hoji has been his friend for a long time, he trusted him. Even when he lied to him he would never leave his side...

He slowly opened his mouth and asked him..

"How do you know if you like someone?"

Hoji sat in silence as he proceeded Wakiya's question.

"Do you mean like a friend? Or 'Like' Like someone??"

Wakiya had gone silent again. He himself didn't even know what he was feeling.
Hoji decided to go for what he thought Wakiya was talking about.

"Well, if you 'Like' Like someone.
You tend to think about them often. You like to spend time with them and will go to extremes to protect them.
You'll sometimes get jealous when they hand out with someone else.
And.....you just cant seem to live without them."
