♡ Chapter Three ♡

Will woke up with an annoyed groan as he turned off his alarm. He stayed up until 4am looking at memes. (same) He hopped out of bed and let out a yawn.

He opened his closet and looked at all the options he had to wear. He ended up choosing white high waisted shorts, a light blue crop top sweater, fluffy socks and sneakers. He looked at himself in the mirror, fixing his hair.

Will ran downstairs, not wasting any time. As he entered the kitchen he noticed El and Max sitting at the kitchen island. 'They're most likely walking together.' Will thought.
"Hey, guys!" the boy said enthusiastically.

"Hi, william." Max giggled. El laughed along as she saw a grumpy expression on Will's face. "Hello, Maxine..." He grinned, raising his eyebrow as he drank his tea. "Son of a-" The redhead started, only to be interrupted by El. "Alright, settle down children." she giggled. "We have to get to school."

The three friends left the house after grabbing their backpacks. They talked about random things on the way and laughed almost every second. Will hasn't been this happy in a while. They soon arrivedat school and Max led them to where Lucas, Mike and Dustin were hanging out.

"Hey, guys!" Max called out, still giggling from moments ago when El made a terrible dad joke. Will was also giggling and to say Lucas' heart melted would be an understatement.

The group chatter for a little while before the bell rings, signalling that they needed to go to class. Will and Lucas had science, Dustin had history, Mike and Max had math and El had English. As the group seperated, Will and Lucas walked side by side to their class.

Will kept his eyes on the ground, to avoid eye contact. He wasn't sure but he has a feeling he's falling for Lucas. He gets flustered around him, more shy than usual and he can't seem to take his eyes off of him.

"So, how are you Will?" Lucas spoke up, breaking Will from his thoughts. "O-Oh...Um, I'm g-good..." He said, mentally cursing himself for stuttering. Lucas let out a chuckle and looked at Will. "That's good." he nodded. Will only let out a nervous laugh. "You're really cute, Will. y'know that?"
