☾o10Instead of feeling backache, she felt soft cushion under her. She frowned when she could feel pillows under her head and thick blanket over her body. Finally, she opened her eyes and saw the ceiling. "I thought I slept at the floor." She mumbled and sat up.
Eun Joo ruffled her hair and noticed Baekhyun sitting at the chair, sleeping. His arms were crossed and eyes were closed. The wind from the slightly opened windows were breezing his hair. The curtains behind him were dancing with the wind. She stared at him and bent her head a little to see his face. *He's sleeping. He won't be able to hear or read my thoughts now.* "Hmm, you probably have lots of girlfriend before."
His eyes fluttered open and she gasped in shocked. "I didn't have a girlfriend because I died early." He answered her curious mind. He stood up and closed the curtains and windows. He fixed his hair like a normal guy would do. "If you're thinking demons are really mean, we'll I'm just on earth that's why half of myself is human and that includes... my emotions."
Eun Joo just made a little nod. "Wait, why am I in the bed already? You carried me?"
"Where's my breakfast?" he changed the topic and blankly stared at you.
"I know." she removed the blanket off her body with a frown and trudged her way to the kitchen. She washed and brushed her teeth by the sink first and stared at the utensils in front of her. "Hmm... what should I cook." She saw the sliced bread by the counter and the oven. "I don't know how to cook..." *I lived half of my life with instant foods.* she sighed heavily.
In the end, after thinking and changing a couple of times, she placed the toasted bread in the plate, made the bacon as eyebrows, nose as the egg and another bacon for the lips of the bread she made.
Without looking at him, she placed the breakfast she made on top of the table just in front of Baekhyun. "Am I a kid?"
"Just eat it, okay?" she frowned and sat down across him when she saw he's going to eat it already. She's anticipating what his reaction is going to be after eating the food she made for the breakfast.
Baekhyun bit on the toasted bread at the same time with the bacon and egg. He chewed it thoroughly and swallowed. "So, do I get my bed back now?" she raised an eyebrow, hoping a yes from him.
"The floor loves you. Stay at the floor." He gulped on the water.
Eun Joo slammed her palm at the table and walked to the bathroom to taka a bath. It's going to be a long day for her. Baekhyun chuckled and finished the food she made. "I just want to tease you." He mumbled, while chewing.
After taking a long bath, it's summer so she wore something cool today like shorts and a nice tee. She also wore her nice knitted bonnet and placed it over her head. She slung the strap of her bag over her shoulder.
"Where are you going?" he asked.
"New part-time." She bitterly answered while wearing her sneakers. She's tying her right shoelaces and felt Baekhyun behind her. "What are you doing there?" she frowned, because she's not used to someone being that close to her.
Baekhyun bent down from her back and tied her left shoelaces for her. It's like he's hugging her from the back. She could feel him really near. Their cheeks were only inches from each other. Eun Joo stopped from tying her right shoelaces when she pushed him away but he instantly avoided her attack. "It's time consuming so I tied the other one for you." He simply defended himself.
She stood up and chewed on her bottom lip. "You don't really have to do that. Don't make actions like that again."
He just kept on staring at her and didn't answer. When Eun Joo stepped outside, Baekhyun followed her. She just sighed because she already accepted the fact that Baekhyun is going to follow her everywhere she goes now.
