Without thinking twice, Tarak Bentaishi runs for his life through the Siluka Forest, desperate to get away from it. But matter how fast he ran, it would always find its way to still get behind Tarak.
Tarak had had heard of the Kralonshi. Everyone on his school told him about it. Including his stupid older brother, Konnor. The Kralonshi was supposed to be a half devil half snake that prays on boys and eating them until they're nothing but skeletons. They say if you are alone at night, and you came across the Kralonshi, he will try to put you in his sack and take you home with him where you will be his next meal. If you run from him, you will face a even more gruesome death. Kralonshi is another word for "Boy Eater", people say. Tarak never believed any of these stories. He just brushed them off as stories they tell boys so they don't stay out late at night. Now, he knows they weren't lying.
Snapping back to reality, he continues to run, hoping the Kralonshi doesn't catch up to him. Running out of breath, Tarak now looks around to see if the Kralonshi lost him. The creature was nowhere to be found."Wait", Tarak silently said to himself. "He probably is still looking for me. I should go look for help just in case."
But as soon Tarak turned around, there it was. The Kralonshi standing right in front of him, with his ugly, twisted grin, revealing sharp razor-like teeth. Tarak falls to the ground. Now dragging himself, he begs for his life as his heart began to beat faster and faster, then pounds harder and harder in his chest. "Please, no!", Tarak shouts out, crying, as he continues to drag himself. "Please don't hurt me, I don't wanna die!"
Not phased by Tarak's cries, the Kralonshi picks him up from the ground. As he does, his mouth opens extra wide. The creature then bites down on Tarak's neck making Tarak scream in pain. His mother then comes immediately after minutes of waiting for her son to come home. She then finds him only to find him getting eaten alive by the Kralonshi. Tarak's mother screams in distraught. Then, the beast looks up at her, with her son's blood running down his chin. He then flies away. Crying, she stands by her son's lifeless body. Then, she pulls out a knife she had in her pocket and slits her throat. The woman then falls to the ground, as she bleeds out until she's just lying there, dead. And ever since that night, Tarak nor his mother were never heard of again.
