17th: Falling Apart

"Why did she cry?" Jenna's mother asks loudly to them after she sees her daughter's eyes become swollen and her hair becomes messy.

The swollen eyes is seen clearly by Mrs. Jane. It makes the woman looks worried about her daughter. So, the woman changes her position to stand position. She walks closer to them and pulls Jenna's hand to sit with her. In contrast, Obly goes back to the garage because he has not parked the car correctly.

"Ezra is cheating on her" Mira replies it.

The maid that stands beside them responds to the woman by stating a short sentence, but it really shocks Mrs. Jane. It makes the 49-year-old rounds her eyes when she hears the statement comes out from Mira's mouth. Her expression looks angry with him.

"Ezraaa? What I said Jen..." her mother responds when she touches Jenna' cheeks.

The tears that still appear in Jenna's cheeks is wiped by her mother softly. She becomes sad of what she sees. The woman cannot control her emotion anymore. It is seen clearly by Jenna.

"I'll call him!" the woman says angrily.

She also grabs Jenna's phone that Jenna puts inside her bag. She wants to call the boy that makes her cries.

"Don't mom" Jenna says when she moves her phone by putting it back to the bag.

The woman nods yes and closes her eyes occasionally. She obeys her daughter's desire. Even though, she feels so hurt.

The woman is dissapointed of the reason why she does not stand beside Jenna on her birthday. She regrets, but it is useless.

"Mom has told about him many time, but you don't believe in me" her mother replies to the girl.

The woman does not blame her daughter at all. She just want to say to her daughter that her mother's feeling about her daughter never wrong. In addition, every mother has a strong instinct for their children.

"I wanna go to my bedroom" Jenna says when she takes a deep breath in front of Mira and her mother.

Jenna leaves them quickly by stepping the stairs. She has no spirit anymore for stepping it one by one. So, she places her right hand on the handrail to help her arrives upstairs and she hangs the satchel bag her left shoulder. Besides, her long hair becomes messier because she has taken the hair clip out. So, it blocks her vision.

The maid that has kept an eye on her since her first step, runs quickly to embrace her hips from behind. Jenna looks dumb, hurt, does not believe, surprised, and wonders at the same time. It makes her mind becomes chaotic.

"Be careful" the maid advises her by saying it softly.

The girl does not reply it, but she nods her hair. She also rubs a pair of her eyes because they become blur.

Both of them arrive at the last step of the stairs. And finally, the step the floor. Jenna feels excited because she is tired. So, she goes in her bedroom quickly.

"Thank you" the girl says to mira.

The maid opens the door handle of her bedroom. And helps the girl to lay on her bed.

Mira replies her with her smile. She spreads it to the girl that is betrayed by them.

"Just call me, when you need me Jen" the maid says.

"Ok"

She covers Jenna's body with the pink color blanket. In addition, she wipes Jenna's eyes with a piece of tissue because there are tears there.

Actually, she does not know what Jenna exactly feels, but the maid is able to feel it a little.

"Traitor" Mira says inwardly after she remembers the sad incident.

It is a word that is able to describe them, but it cannot describe both of them fully. The reason is because there is no correct word could explain their cunning behind Jenna. Ezra Bautista and Bella have not sympathy.

"Turn off the light, please" Jenna asks the maid and the maid automatically turns it off.

The maid leaves her with sad feelings, but she does. She has a lot of work downstairs and the maid understand that the girl need time to calm herself down.
