✧ ONE. A kit cannot wonder outside of the camp without a combatant with them, and it must be during the sunny hours. Past dusk, they cannot venture. They cannot go past Valon Woods, as it is very dangerous.
✧ TWO. A kit can only become a novice when they reach the age of five moons. A novice graduates from their training around ten moons of age, but not always due to circumstances.
✧ THREE. Only tomcats may be able to become combatants. They may become a scavenger or nostrum as well, though it is unusual.
✧ FOUR. Only she-cats can become a scavenger or chasseur. They do not participate in battle unless absolutely necessary. Tomcats believe that the she-cats are too fragile for battle, and need their strength for hunting for their village.
✧ FIVE. She-cats are named after herbs, spices, and nature objects. They cannot have the prefix Wolf, Storm, Lion, and so forth. Only tomcats may have those prefixes, and it is rare for a tomcat to be named after an herb, nature item, or spice.
✧ SIX. It is looked down upon if one kills during battle. However, it is not very looked down upon to kill outsiders (non-village cats) if provoked.
✧ SEVEN. A nostrum may have a mate and kits. If the nostrum is a she-cat, however, there are some laws to bide by. They either must have a fully-trained nostrum to take her place when she goes to bed rest for labor, or she must know a care-taker who can nurse her kits while she tends to her duties. If she becomes pregnant and she does not have a queen nor a fully-trained nostrum, the kits may be killed. The nostrum must tend to their duties first.
✧ EIGHT. Only a tomcat may become an apprentice and/or guardian.
✧ NINE. Only a she-cat can become the matriarch.
✧ TEN. Felines are allowed to have friendships from the opposite village, though they are not allowed to have a romantic relationship with them. If caught and a she-cat becomes pregnant with the opposing village, the kits will be killed off. The villages are extremely strict when it comes to keeping their bloodline within their own village.
✧ ELEVEN. If prey becomes scarce, the care-takers, kits, matriarch and chasseurs will eat before the tomcats. After, it is up to the tomcats who will eat next.
