I've had this idea for awhile and I finally decided to do it!
Ok so ya know how I freaking love pennywise? And black hat from villainous?
I wanted to fuse them together! Ya know, like taking their traits and making them one character? Yeah.
And I know, I KNOW, they're both males BUT I'm still not that good at drawing them so I made this character a female
None of these are colored btw, just sketches. I'm stilling trying to plan out her color scheme
