🌼 Daisy 🌼

The feeling of not being wanted by no one, not even your own family, can do a heavy toll on anyone. Unfortunately, Daisy was placed into that position.

At the age of 16, Daisy went to a party with a group of friends and winded up getting wasted. Daisy the next morning woke up with only her top on. The whole morning consisted of her crying and feeling a shame of herself for not defending herself. Fortunately the idiot didn't use a condom and the semen was still fresh enough for testing.

That same morning she went to the police and filed a report. The semen was tested and the culprit was revealed. Daisy could at least get closure and be able to move on. But that wasn't the case.  The idiot was none other than the son of the sheriff, Kyle Rowan. Daisy's hope for closure dwindled. Sheriff denied the actions of his son and Kyle also denied the accusation of rape.

He claimed that Daisy granted consent to sexual advances but Daisy knew he was lying. She was blacked out drunk and couldn't have gave consent. In her mind she knew if she pursued the issue that sheriff Rowan would get his son a win out of the case. But Daisy wasn't going to give up and let him win, so she continued her statement of rape against Kyle Rowan.

While the accusations of Kyle Rowan got spread around town, Kyle made sure to make Daisy look like a money hungry whore to everyone at school. Kyle was popular because his father was the sheriff and could get what ever he wanted. Daisy wasn't very popular but she had a handful of people at school who had her back. While Kyle was spreading rumors about her and making her school life a living hell, Daisy was having problems at home.

Her parents blamed her for being rape because she was stupid enough to get drunk and let that happen to her. The comments from both her parents and students at school definitely took an emotional and physical affect on Daisy. A lot of her friends stopped hanging with her because they thought that being seen with her was bad news and they didn't want any problems.

As the case pursued, Daisy's bullying also did. Threats were now surfacing and making Daisy fear her life. The friends of Kyle started harassing her physically, to the point where she would come home with bruises but her parents didn't care. The one friend that kept by her side made sure to make Daisy feel good but Daisy was to far gone to cafe about anything good.

With the continuation of the threats and comments from her parents, Daisy one day was walking home we she was grabbed into a ally by multiple men and gangraped. It was Kyle and his friends. After they were finished Kyle whispered in her ear that the first time with her was good but the second was amazing and that he couldn't wait to do do it again.

Daisy stayed in that ally for awhile crying and trying to collect her clothes. Once she was fully collected, Daisy felt nothing. She was trying to think but her mind, as well as her body was hollow.

The walk home was a full drive of unwanted thoughts. She walked into that house and went straight to the bathroom.

The stare she was receiving from her reflection was just a broken shell. She needed a way out. She reached for some dark lips stick and opened the medical cabinet and grabbed a bottle of xanax. She twisted the lip stick open and wrote on the mirror, ARE YOU HAPPY ? 

The lip stick was tossed to the floor and the lid of the xanax was opened and Daisy poured all the tablets into her palm. She stared at the pills and then looked at herself in the mirror.

She stared at herself and moved her hands to her mouth and took all the pills while putting the sinks water in her mouth also. As she swallowed all of them she started bursting out cry. She didn't want it to come to this but she couldn't take the tons of bully and the fact of being raped for the second time and knowing that she wasn't going to get the justice she deserved.

A couple moments and she falls out of the world she thought would treat her with kindness.... not hatred.

Five months after the tragic death of Daisy Grey, the case involving her rape, was won. Kyle was proven guilty today as a witness had come forward. The lawyer of Daisy was provided evidence of the crime in action. Kyle and a group of his friends were video taped assualting her in an alley. The witness was later revealed as her best friend who obtained it from a lady who was video taping it out of her window. We also found out that the same lady gave the tape to the police but sheriff Rowan had detroyed it but luckily she had made a copy. Sheriff Rowan and Kyle Rowan are both going to jail. Sheriff Rowan is going away for the account of tampering with evidence and he'll get 45 years in prison and Kyle's friends will get 25. Kyle will get double the time as his father because he didn't care for the girl and said that he's was glad for her death because she killed herself, due to not loving herself. But we all know that it was an.... OVERDOSE OF PAIN...

It was a very sad story to write because who could imagine going through that and thinking about how to make it stop...

As someone who suffers from depression I understand the thoughts of wanting to end it but you have to fight... You can't let them win...
