Charlie's POV:
"OW! Angie, that hurt!" I cry. Angie had been "putting eye liner on" me, so she says. I think shes just using that as an excuse to freaking poke my eye out.
Anyways, we are all getting ready at the moment.
*DING DING*
emily im coming too!
"Oh hey my friend, Nicole is going." I inform everyone.
"Cool." Emma says.
"Shhhh! Im concentrating!" Angie scolds. Goodness. So about an hour later, Angie had finished my hair and makeup. I probably look like a clown. With eyeliner.
"Okay. Im done!" Angie squeals, "You look amazing!"
"You really do Char. Dylan will defiantly think so too."
"Reallyyy?" I ask.
"No. Now look." Angie orders while spinning me around.
After looking at my face, I scowl.
"I look like Cleopatra."
"LIAR!" Angie yells.
"I look stupid."
"No you don't"
"Um, Im pretty sure I do."
"Fine, you can take it off." Angie sighs, "But I'm not helping you fix yourself."
I frown. Dang it.
"I hate you." I mumble.
"You love me." Angie teases.
DING DONG
"Oh. Someone's here." Angie states.
DING DONG DING DONG
"WE'RE COMING!" I yell. I sprint down the stairs. I try to stop myself but I end up running into tihe door and fall down.
"Owwww!" I whine.
"Charlie, are you okay?" My mom asks while running to my aid.
"Yep, Mom, just fine and dandy." I say sarcastically.
"Oh so Charlie can be sarcastic." Angie smirks while walking down the stairs.
"Haha. Really funny." I mumble.
"Someone should probaby go get the door." Emma suggests.
"ILL DO IT!" I cheer.
I quickly scramble up to the door. I quickly fix myself up. I take a deep breath.
"Charlie," Angie says, "Open the door."
"Fine." I huff.
I open the door.
There stands the one and only, Dylan Sprayberry.
We make eye contact. He looks nice. Okay maybe more than nice. Maybe amazing, he smells really nice.
"Charlie, you look-" he starts, but I interrupt him.
"Like Cleopatra, I know. Lets go, my friends!" I cheer then walk out into the car.So during the agonizing car ride, Angie was telling me all the ground rules, blah blah blah. Don't talk to anyone you don't know, blah, blah, and most defiantly don't drink a drink that someone else gives you.
"Okay, Angie, I get it." I roll my eyes. Can we just get there already?
"She's right, Charlie." Dylan adds. I roll my eyes.
"I don't need your input, I can do fine on my own." I state.
"Oooooo." Mikey chuckles. Emma hits him.
"Ow! Babe!" He whines. "That hurt!"
"Good."
"Charlie whats wrong with you?" Dylan asks.
"Nothing, I'm completely fine, I just wanna have fun, and forget this day ever happened." I sneer.
Cue the awkward tension.
"Okay!" Austin says, breaking the tension, "Lets turn on the radio!""BECAUSE YOU KNOW IM ALL ABOUT THAT BASS, BO-"
"TURN THAT OFF NOW BEFORE I EAT ALL OF YOU!" Charlie screams over the music.
Austin quickly changes the channel."YEAH MY MAMA SHE TOLD ME DONT WORR-"
I growl.
"Oh hey! Look at that were here!" Mikey quickly says, turning the car off.
We all file out of the car.
"Charlie!" Ugh.
"What, Dylan?" I ask.
"Be careful." He tells me.
I roll my eyes.
"Whatever."
As soon as I walk through the door, I feel sick. Why am I here again? What the heck are these people wearing? What am I wearing? I am gonna die.
"Charlie! You okay?" Austin asks me.
"Yep! Great!" I manage to get out with a fake smile.
"If you need us, just find one of us and we will take you home." He shouts.
"Ill be fine!"
-5 minutes later-
Im not fine.
I dont know any of these people. They are all either drunk or grinding on someone and there are other things happening that I really dont want to talk about. I need some Mountain Dew.
I walk over to the bar.
"Please tell me you have some Mountain Dew." I breath.
The guy chuckles. Oh hay. He's kinda cute.
"I might have one." He says, then goes to the back.
He comes back a little later with a can, and a bottle.
"I grabbed a little alcohol too. It looks like you needed it." He smiles.
"Thanks." I smile.
"Tanner." He states.
"What?" I ask.
"My name is Tanner."
"Oh. That's great." I mumble, "Mines Charlie."
"Charlie." He repeats, "My moms name is Charlie."
"Well she has a great name!" I laugh.
"So you want some alcohol?" He asks.
"Just a little bit." I say.
"Okay."
He takes a little glass and fills it up. Then he pouts it into a cup and puts Mountain Dew in it. Yum.
"Here ya go!" He says, then hands me the cup.
I look in it.
Well it looks like Mountain Dew. Ya know what. Yolo.
I shrug and take a sip.
And of course I start choking.
After I finally stop choking, I realize that Tanner is laughing at me.
"I feel like you don't drink." He says.
"No really?" I ask.About 20 minutes later, I might have had about 3 more glasses. Not the best idea.
Dylan's POV:
Where the heck is Charlie? Ugh. I swear. I'm gonna kill Angie tomorrow. She shouldn't have brought her here. She looked so different tonight. A completely different side of her.
I suddenly hear a laugh.
"HAHAHHAHAHAHAJQJDIKW!" Charlie.
I follow it.
I find her talking with Tanner, my friend. At least its not a drunk guy. I finally get over to them. Tanner is laughing his butt off.
"Woah, dude, whats so funny?" I ask.
After finally containing his laughter, he finally answers.
"Dude, Charlie is hilarious." He laughs pointing at a, very drunk, Charlie. Great.
"Oh hey Dylan!" She greets me happily.
"Heyyy Charli-"
"What's on your face?" She asks getting really close. She laughs..
"Oh, it's just hair. You know, you should probably get that shaved, no girl wants to be kissing someone with stubble." She grins.
I am never gonna get her to sleep tonight.
"Hey, Tanner! What did she have to drink?" I ask.
"Uhmm.." He mumbles.
"Im not gonna be mad, idiot." I roll my eyes.
"Um... A little bit of alcohol, and some Mountain Dew" he says.
"Okay, thanks man."
"Hey, no problem!" He says, "Do you want to use my car?"
"That would be great thanks!" I say, "Ill bring it back tomorrow."
"Okay man!"
"Charlie!" I yell.
"Dylan!" She yells back.
"We're going home." I state.
"No." She frowns.
"You're funny," I laugh, "You're coming wether you like it or not."
"You're go-"
"I already caught you, so theres not point in running." I state.
"Phooey." She pouts.
"Now are you going to cooperate?" I ask.
She contemplates. A smile grows on her face. Crap.
"Byeeee." She giggles. I have no energy for this.
Where-
"Hey Dylan!"
"Where the heck have you been, Angie?" I ask.
"Uhm... Nowhere." She says quickly.
"Sure. Help me find Charlie. She's drunk."
"Of course she is. Wait. You lost her?" She screeches, "Idiot."
"Hey! I'm not the one who brought her here!" I defend.
"Shut up, Dylan."
I roll my eyes.
"Just help me find her! She could be anywh-"
"HAHHAHAHA"
We both look at each other.
"Found her."
We spilt up.
I find her standing against a wall. What the heck.
"Charlie?" I ask.
"Jah." She giggles.
"Lets go." I say.
"No!" She yells, "A guy told me he was gonna get me some candy!"
"Well," I say, "He lied."
Charlie scoffs.
"That poopybutt!" She cries.
"Yeah, now lets go!" I tug at her arm.
"Wait! Wh-" I cant deal with this anymore.
I grab her and bring her on my shoulders. She squeals.
"Charlie, if you don't be quiet, I am not gonna let you have any candy." I threaten.
"Fine." She huffs.
We finally get to the car. I sit her in the seat and buckle her up. She giggles then stares at my hands.
"Woah! Your hands are so big!" She cries.
"Yes, they are. Great." I say then quickly close the door and climb into the drivers seat."BECAUSE YOU KNOW-"
"EW NO I HATE THIS SONG!" Emily cries.
"Fine. No music then." I say.
"Fine with me!"
-10 minutes later-
"Are we there yet?" Charlie whines for the 50th time.
"Yes. We're here." I groan, turning off the car.
"Yay!" She cheers.
"Go into the house and go upstairs to Angie's room." I order.
"Sr. Yes Sr." She salutes then walks up to the house. I grab all the stuff she ruined on the way here. I swear shes like a little kid in a teenagers body.
I walk up to the house and quickly throw all the trash in the trash can then walk up to Angie's room.
"Char- Where are you?" Great.
"Charlie!" I call.
"Wakakawako." I hear. From my room.
"Charlie you shouldn't be in here. This isn-"
"But I like it in here." She whines.
"Fine. You can stay in here for now." I agree.
"Yay!" She cheers softly.
"So umm... Do you want to use my shirt?" I ask.
"Um... Youre shirts are stupid. Go get Angie's." she orders.
"Fine."
I come back with clothes.
"Here change into these. Oh. Drink this." I say.
"What is it?" She asks.
"Water." I say.
"I like water."
"Good. Now change." I say.
I turn around.
"You done?" I ask.
"Mhmm." She mumbles.
"Okay."
"You should probably take your hair out." I say.
"Mhmm." She mumbles.
"Here Ill do it." I say.
"Mkay."
She sits on the edge of the bed and i kneel in front of her. She falls forward. She sniffs.
"You smell good." She states.
"Thanks."
By the time I finish taking her hair out, she is out cold. Well we all should have a great morning tomorrow.
I carry her to Angie's room.
I lay her down.
I take a peek at her face.
Wow. She's beautiful. Wait. What. I-I Oh no.I like Charlie.
