Chapter 1 -coffee and pizza-

-Payton's POV-

I felt weak. I sighed as my brown eyes searched my bedroom to see where the bright light was coming from.

I groaned as I saw my best friend standing next to the window blinds.

"Payyytttoooonnnn!!" He whined, stomping his feet in the process.

"Stop being such a drama queen troyeeeeeeee. I'm tiredddd!" I groaned as I pulled my duvet over me.

"Payton. I will drag you if I have to." He lectured as he folded his arms over his chest.

"Aha. Like you would-"

I got cut off by Troye pulling my duvet cover off me.

"Come on Payton. I got you starbucksssss!" He smiled as he handed me a cup of goodness.

"Is this what I think it is?" I suddenly sat up looking at him in the eyes.

" frap " we chorused.

I grinned taking a sip.

Holy shit. This is heaven.

"Let's order pizza." I said as I walked out of my room, in sweats and my grey hoodie, hair still in a high ponytail.

"Shouldn't you be having a proper breakfast?" Troye asked looking into my eyes. The blue in his eyes glistening.

If Troye wasn't gay, I swear to god.

"But I want pizzaaa!" I pouted.

"WE WANT PIZZA TOO!" I hear from James' room.

"Are they in bed still?" I asked Troye one eyebrow raised, in a 'are you fucking kidding me' look.

"Oops?" Troye chuckled walking over to the phone, dailing the pizza company.

I ran into James' room, jumping on his bed.

"WAKE UP SLEEPY BUM" I yelled as he groaned.

I smirked.

"I'll play FIFA with you."

He instantly got up like a zombie as he waved me out of his room.

Okay one down, one to go.

"BILLY BOOOOOO WAKEY WAKEYYY!" I yelled jumping on his bed, getting the same reaction.

"I like ur hair today Pay Pay" Billy teasingly said whilst munching on his pizza.

"I like ur face." I simply replied, holding up my middle finger as i sipped my coffee.

He scoffed as he continued eating.

"You guys would make the perfect couple!" Troye exclaimed, Billy and I both giving him the middle finger.

"How many slices have you had bil?" James questioned, looking directly into Billy's blue eyes.

"Uh.. 4?" Billy answered.

" *cough*Bullshit." I smirked looking at Billy as he raised an eyebrow.

"You dogged Payyyyy" He whined.

"Love you too." I said sarcastically as he chuckled.

"See what I mean?" Troye smirked, shoving James in the side pointing to us.

I simply threw a slice of pizza at him.

"I've got a doctors appointment today" I groaned.

The room suddenly had a serious vibe to it.

"I'll take you." James said looking at his pizza.

"I can't believe you beat me in fifa.. again." James complained for like, the seventh time.

"I didn't beat you, I kicked your pathetic little as-"

I started coughing badly as i held my hand to my stomache.

I looked at Billy for a split second before I was picked up, and taken to the doctors.

I found it hard to breathe, the boys were panicking, but it's not like this hasn't happened before.

You see, when i was 10 I was diagnosed with lung cancer.

I had to go through kimo for ages.

It was hell.

I had my hair shaven off and everything.

Everyone thought I was going to die that night, the tumor was spreading fast and I remember lying in the hospital bed. The pale walls, the smell of rose air freshener wherever you went. I remember the worried look on my parents', friends, and family's faces as they thought i was on my death bed.

If you are wondering where my parents are, well they died when I was 14 in a car crash.

Things were never the same.

I'm now 19, still alive, the doctors managed to get rid of some cancer tumors so thats good..

I live with the funniest guys in the world.

And boy, was all that going to change.

Okay so if there is any confusion,

Payton lives with her three best friends, Billy, Troye and James.

Troye is a gay, funny, hot, friend played by Troye Suvan!!

Billy is the closest to Payton, he is like her partner in crime, he's played by Sean O Donnell.

And james is the most mature one of all of them although when he is around the ladies, he is least mature. Played by Danius teiserskis.

So I hope you enjoy so far! Don't worry, 5SOS will come into the story within the next couple chapters
