Chapter One: Meeting Ruby Rose

It was a quiet night in Vale.

Everywhere people were sleeping, but there was a group of people heading for a dust shop called Dust Til Dawn.

In the shop was the shopkeeper. Over in a corner was a figure who had headphones on and wearing a red cloak.

In another part of the shop was a boy with white hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a white t-shirt with his emblem on the back which is a crest of a black shield with a blue sword in the middle of it and white angel wings with gray outline on the sides of the shield.

Suddenly, the door of the shop opened up and a man stepped in.

The man was wearing a white coat with a black bowler hat and a walking with a cane.

He had orange hair and was smoking a cigar. He was known as the most wanted criminal in Vale: Roman Torchwick.

Roman Torchwick walked up to the front desk.

“Do you know how hard it is to find a dust shop open this late?”, said Roman. “Grab the dust!”

The goons start filling containers with dust. One of the goons spotted Ruby and the white haired boy.
“Alright, kids! Put your hands up!” he said.

No reply.

“I said hands up!” the goon said again.

Still no reply.

The goon takes off Ruby's headphones.

“Are you deaf? I said hands up!” the goon said.

“Are you robbing us?” Ruby said.

“Yes!” the goon said.

“Oh…” Ruby said. Ruby and the white haired boy made eye contact.

Suddenly the window smashed open with one of the goons flying out of it. Roman looked at another goon and nod his head.

The goon went to take care of Ruby and the white haired boy but he went smashing through another window with Ruby coming out. The white haired boy walked out of the dust shop.

“Ok… Well? Get them!” said Roman.

The goons ran toward our two fighters. The fight didn’t last long.

“You were worth every cent.” sighed Roman. “Looks like this is the end of the road, Red.”

Roman lift up his cane and shot a dust round at Ruby.

Suddenly, the white hair boy was in front of Ruby, blocking the dust round from Roman’s cane with his hand raised. Then the dust round exploded.

Ruby was shocked to see the white hair boy take the hit for her.

The white hair boy made a silent scream when he took the hit for Ruby.

Ruby looks around for the master criminal.

Roman was going up a ladder.

"Do you mind if we go after him?" Ruby asked.

The shopkeeper nodded.

Ruby helped the boy up and both of them went after Roman.

"Hey!" Ruby said.

"Persistent" Roman said.

A Bullhead appears.

Roman jumped in the Bullhead and throws a red dust crystal at them.

"End of the line, Red and Black!" Roman said.

He shoots at the crystal. Its explodes.

Suddenly, a woman came and blocked the attack.

"We got a Huntress!" Roman said.

The fight between the woman in the red dress and the blonde haired woman didn't last long.

"Are you a Huntress?" Ruby asked.
"Can I have your autograph?!"

The white hair boy facepalmed.

Both were taken to the police station.

The blonde woman was sten in what she was saying to the two kids.

"Someone wants to see you both" she said.

A man with gray hair, green suit, having a mug in one hand and a plate of cookies in one hand came in.

"Ruby Rose... You have silver eyes" He said. "Where did you learn to do this?"

"At Signal Academy" Ruby said.

They got to talking.

"Do you know who I am?" He said?

"You are Professor Ozpin, Headmaster at Beacon" Ruby said.

"And what is your name, young man?" Ospin asked.

"My name is Ghost-san Soul" Ghost-san wrote.

"Would you both like to come to my school?" Ozpin said.

Both of them nodded.

×××Timeskip××

"I cant believe my little sister is going to Beacon!" A blonde hair girl said.

"Yang! Stop!" Ruby said.

A few minutes later everyone got off the Bullhead.

Yang left Ruby. Ruby fell over some language.

"Watch out, you dolt!" A white haired girl said.

The arguement progressed.

An explosion happened leaving the white hair girl covered in soot.

"Sorry, Princess!" Ruby said.

"Its Heiress" a black haired girl said.

Another argument came. Weiss left.

"Welcome to Beacon" said Ruby to herself.

××Timeskip××

Everyone was in the ballroom in sleepwear with sleeping bags.

Ghost-san was sitting up on his sleeping bag looking between Ruby and the black haired girl with the bow on her head.
