"And I'm thinking we have like nine outfit changes, and maybe fireworks. OH! We could also have-"
"Jungkook slow down," I chuckled, ruffling the hair of the boy sat next to him as the group congregated round a table to discuss the upcoming tour, "I think that's all planned out already for us. This meeting is discuss food, and maybe some day trips for our time off."
Jungkook nodded, a slight pout on his face, but soon was distracted by the extensive menu of food they could have in front of him. Yoongi looked up to meet my eyes, and I knew from the glint in them exactly what he was going to ask.
"So...you found a new girl yet?"
It was a question I got asked at least once a week by one of the members, and it was one I always had the same answer to.
"Not yet," I replied back sheepishly, knowing that the patience of the boys was wearing thin.
The idea of having a girl - someone who could satisfy our needs - had occurred during a night of heavy drinking a couple of years before. We were all drinking to celebrate the fact that we had just avoided a near miss with a destructive scandal involving a girl Taehyung had fucked the week before. Apparently she was wanting more than a one night stand and threatened to contact Dispatch if Taehyung didn't take her out on a date.
Two hours later and a stomach full of pasta Taehyung returned looking tired, but told us that the girl had been appeased by wine, food and conversation and was no longer a threat. But it got us all thinking. As we continued to climb in popularity, it was unlikely that we could just fuck who we wanted to.
And so it was Hoseok's drunk ass that decided we needed to find one girl who we could trust. One girl to sleep with. When you're drunk these ideas seem perfectly logical, but when we finally sobered up the idea stuck. However the logistics of it were nearly impossible. Who was this girl? How could we interview for a job like this?
After a few failed attempts at interviewing girls (both of which flat out turned down the offer), we knew would have to take a different approach. Two years later and the interview process was nearly perfected, but with no real luck finding anyone.
"I'm working on it," I said to the group and they just rolled their eyes before casting their minds back to the menu in front of them.
It was a phrase I had said hundreds of times in regard to the subject, and by this point the boys knew I was lying. However, I could sense a desperation in the air. This would be our most stressful tour yet, and I knew that the comfort of sex on tap would help to calm them down as twisted as that sounds.
Sex is natural. Sex is a natural stress reliever. Sex is important to our lives whether we regard it as crude or beautiful. But sex when you have eyes constantly watching your every move is extremely restrictive. And that was why my time of finding a girl to please my boys was running out. Because I could tell they were about to rip open their cages and destroy their reputation if it meant some sort of release.
The problem with the seven of us was the vast differences between us which compromised any kind of coherency when interviewing potential candidates. While Jungkook was happy with just about anyone, Yoongi was never pleased. And while Hoseok may have like the energy of one girl, Jin didn't take to her. And me? Well I could smell fakeness from a mile off.
Together we made some of the pickiest customers you could ever meet which was rather ironic given our desperation. None of us would ever admit that because it would massively drop moral, but it was true. It was almost an impossible mission trying to find a girl who would satisfy us all. Kind of like searching for the Loch Ness Monster or Bigfoot.

I would recommend re-reading 'the proposition' before beginning this rollercoaster.
