Goodnight, Goodbye
She sleeps in tears instead of pillows
She's covered with worries instead of blankets
She's hearing voices to sleep instead of lullabies
She falls in deep thoughts intead of falling asleep
In the middle of the night,
She's drowning
Instead of dreaming.
She tries to swim but she keeps sinking
So she said goodbye instead of goodnight.
