It's been a week since I started in MAD. I walk to Madisons office to give her the weeks review and Clara stops me. "Mason, did Jay tell you about this weekend?" "No," I answered confused. "Damn him, he's so forgetful. Well, were going up to Madisons house in Anchorage and I think you should come." A weekend with Madison. "Yeah I'd love to come". "Great. We leave at 6:30 so you got to be ready." "No problem. Is Madison in her office I need to give her this", I show her the review. "Yeah, go right in". I knock and walk in. She's looking out the windows at the Seattle skyline.

She looked more beautiful than the sunset. She turned around and looked at me. "Yes". "I just came to bring you this week's review." "Oh, thanks". She takes it from me and places it on her desk. " So Mason, how have you liked your first week here?. "It's been great really". "Good to know. Well, I guess I'll see you on Monday". Was that a sad tone I heard. "Ummm, well actually, Clara just invited me to go with you all to...." "Anchorage?" "Yea but if it's a problem l....." "No, no problem at all. Ummm, you should go now and get your bags ready. We leave at 6:30." "Ok. See you at 6:30".
Madison
I sware he had to have heard my heart beating. I havent stopped thinking of him all week. He is so cute. God I sound like a teen. Now he's going to Anchorage with us. Damn. "Clara, get in here". "Why did you invite Mason with us". "First, because he's Jay's cousin. Second, so Jay won't get bored. And third, because you two have been drooling over each other this whole week." "I have not". "Please Maddy don't lie to me. Since the kiss you've been dying to kiss him again and Jay told me that Mason has been thinking about you." "He's a child, Clara". "Oh please". She walks out leaving me with my thoughts.

When Jay and I arrive back at MAD there are two Black Cadillac SUVs.

Our jaws dropped. "You like boys", Madison jokes. Both of us whistle. "Well, Jay, Clara and Mason you can go in one. I'll go in the other with Aaliyah and Cole." "Who?", I ask. "Her youngest daughter. I got a better idea. You and Mason drive in one and Jay and I can take Aaliyah and Cole with us". "I don't...", Madison starts protesting when a Madison look alike comes along towing a boy along. "We'll go with Clara. See you in Anchorage, mom."
