Izuku had a bit of a problem in his little family, except it wasn't something most people would view as a problem. Ochako and Eri both had birthdays this month, which normally wouldn't be a big deal. Problem is, that, their birthdays were 6 days apart and right before and after Christmas.

This meant that Izuku would have to decide on how to distribute presents that both of them would be happy with. He knew that both girls would be just fine with getting presents in general, but he wanted to make their birthdays the best they ever had. For Ochako because he loved her and hoped to be married to her (and that was without it being necessary for them to keep Eri), and for Eri because this would be the first birthday and Christmas she ever spent with people who cared about her.

The best plan Izuku had come up with was that since Eri's birthday came first, he would give her half of her presets then, and then the other half on Christmas. And then with Ochako, he would give her a little over half of her presents on Christmas, then the rest on her birthday and propose on her birthday as well.

His plan gave him a decent amount of confidence, but there was still an over all sense of worry in the back of his mind. His worry wasn't caused by his girlfriend and daughter's birthdays, but rather by the knowledge of One for All being in control of the league of villains yet again.

The worst part was trying to hide his worry from Ochako and Eri, seeing as the two of then could read him like an open book with large print. Keeping something from them was the hardest thing to do, because it meant lying to their faces.

As hard as it was to lie to them about it, he would have to in order to protect them from it all. For now, though, Izuku would have to get past it and focus on the upcoming birthdays.

The next two weeks passed and Eri's birthday was now just three days away. Thankfully, Nezu had given a stipend to Izuku and Ochako for them to use on the young girl once every month, with them getting extra this month due to the approaching holiday and birthday. This was Izuku's saving grace, as it allowed him and Ochako to shop for Eri, and then they would split the remaining money for use in each other (something Nezu himself recommended).

The stipend had a total worth of about 15,000¥, which gave the teens plenty of room to get presets for Eri. They ended up getting her a scooter that had a pink flower pattern on it, a small makeup kit, some princess dolls, an all might sweater, and some new clothes. Izuku mostly took care of the toys, and left the clothes to Ochako, since she would be better at picking out those kind of things for a 6 year old girl.

The left over money summed up to 3,000¥, with them each getting 1,500¥ to spend on each other. Thankfully, they had talked to Yaomomo about the present situation, and she had agreed to make the things on Eri's wish list, namely an Uravity doll and a Deku action figure (and pushes of each), seeing that things like that weren't quite available in stores.

Luckily, Izuku had also talked to her when Ochako wasn't present, and convinced her to make a ring for Ochako after explaining the situation and requesting her to keep it secret, atleast until he proposed. The hardest part of talking to her wasn't convincing her to make the custom ring, but convincing her to keep the approaching proposal secret.

The remaining days to Eri's birthday flew by, and before Izuku knew it, he was waking up at 5:30 in the morning on his week off from school to help set up for said girl's birthday party. Even though it was early, he couldn't have cared less. He would have woken up at midnight for all he cared, as long as it meant that his daughter had the best day of her entire life.
