Chapt. 15

Lei is now 10 months old and I can't believe how fast she's growing. Ethan has been spending a lot of time with her along with his gf Adalee and Cameron these past few months while me and Gray had more time to relax. Lei has started to crawl like crazy around the house and it's so cute. She thinks she can talk but all we hear is a bunch of babbles that we can't understand but we act like we do.
It's a Saturday and it's about to be the twins birthday in a week. Grayson went to film a video with Ethan and he was going to stay at his place for the next 2 days since the filming was going to be extended. I took this as an advantage and called Cameron over.

Cameron arrived and she brought her notebook and held it up with her hands.
"Time to start planning"
I smiled and led her into the living room where Lei was sitting up playing with her toys. Once Lei saw Cam she started smiling and waving her toy around in the air in happiness. Cam bends down to giver her a kiss on the cheek.
"Hey babygirl? How you doing?"
Lei starts giggling and Cam laughs while sitting on the couch. Me and Cam go over the details on what we want to do for the twins and what supplies we needed and info about the invitations. And ofc...

The food :)

After about an hour we took a break and I went to go feed Lei. After I finished feeding her I proceeded to give her a warm bath and once I laid her down on my bed she knocked out. I put pillows on the side of the bed so she wouldn't roll over and fall. I went back downstairs and Cam was in the kitchen. I sat down in a seat and put my face in my hands.
"Are you ok Y/N?"
"Yea my head is just aching and my boobs hurt."
Cam got a glass cup and filled it up with water. She walked over to me and handed it over.
"This should help. Lemme heat up a towel for your head."
"Thanks Cam."
She got a towel from one of the drawers and heated it up in the microwave. She took it out and handed it to me. We walked over to the living room where I laid back on the couch and pressed the hot towel on my forehead.
"You should make an appointment with the doctor."
"Yea I will. Lemme get my phone."
I got up to get my phone in the kitchen and called for the appointment.

"I have the appointment tmrw at 10am"
"Ok I'll go with you so that we can discuss more details. I can also watch over Lei while your inside the clinic."
"Thank you so much Cam."
Right as I said that I heard a faint cry upstairs.
"Well...looks like Lei's nap is over."
Cam laughs and I head upstairs to go get Lei.

I come back downstairs and me and the girls decide to watch mean girls together. After the movie finished Cam decides to head back home and we all say our goodbyes
"I'll see you tmrw Y/N. I'll arrive at your house at 9."
"Ok sounds good."
I hug Cam goodbye and Cam kisses Lei on the cheek.
"Goodbye Lei."
Lei smiles and waves her hand around. Cam waves back and I close the door.
"Looks like it's just us 2 tonight babygirl."

I played with Lei until it was time for her bedtime. I got her changed into her PJ's and I sung her to sleep. After she fell asleep my headache slowly started to rise even more so I got the tub ready and soaked in the hot water while Lei was asleep. I closed my eyes so I wouldn't have to look at the light. After about 30 min I got out and headed to bed. The headache subsided a little.
"Hopefully sleeping will help."

I managed to get a decent nights rest and woke up at 8 to get me and Lei ready. I put Lei into a cute little pink romper and put a white bow in her hair. After I finished getting her ready I put her in her crib and went into the bathroom to wash my face and change. I was way too fatigued so I didn't put any makeup on and I just put my hair up in a decent bun. I heard the doorbell ring so I go downstairs to greet Cam inside. We hug each other and Cam watches over Lei as I finish getting Lei's things ready. As I'm putting Lei's things into her bag my stomach started to churn and I was going to be sick. I carefully walk to the bathroom to not make myself dizzy but as I go through the entrance I run to the toilet and start to throw up. Cam must have heard me cause she came running in to see what was going on. She realizes what's happening and comes to hold my hair back.
"It's ok just let it all out." I sit there for a few minutes to try and regain myself and once I felt like it was over I got up and flushed the toilet. I walk over to the sink to wash my mouth and face.
"You okay?" - Cam
"Yea I am now."
"Cmon, the sooner we get to the doctor the sooner we know what's wrong."
I nod and we grab our stuff and head to the clinic. While we drove we talked more about the surprise party for E and Gray along the way.

We arrived and I check myself in and Cam stayed in the waiting room with Lei. I was put in a room and a few minutes later a nurse came in to ask me what I have been feeling. The nurse exits and 5 minutes later the doctor comes in.
"So Y/N. You said you have been having headaches and you threw up this morning is that correct?"
"Yes, my boobs have also been feeling really sore."
"Ok", the doctor was writing on a clipboard.
The doctor proceeded to ask me a few more questions.
"Alright we will run some tests to see what's going on alright?"
I nod as the doctor leads me out of the room into a different area.

CAM'S POV

I was waiting for Y/N to finish with her appointment at the doctors and I've been having a fun time with Lei in the waiting room. She would babble a bunch of stuff but I would only laugh cause I wouldn't understand anything. Lei eventually ended up getting a little fussy so I made her a bottle and she fell asleep while drinking it. it has already been 20 min. About another 20 minutes have passed and she still hasn't come out
I throw my head back
"Damn these doctors are taking forever with her."
I wait another 10 minutes and I hear the door open and I see Y/N walk out with a few papers in her hand.
"Is Lei alright?" She asks
"Yea she got fussy so I gave her a bottle and she ended up falling asleep."
Y/N looks over at Lei and smiles.
"So?.....what did the doctors say."
Y/N shrugged while shaking her head back and forth. She looked like she was about to cry.
"Oh my gosh is it bad? Don't you dare scare me Y/N it isn't funny."
"No"
"Ok then what is it that's taking you forever to tell me?"
"They ran tests but there was one particular test that they ran...."
"And? Omg is it bronchitis?"
She shakes her head.

"I'm pregnant."

I look at her and a tear falls from her eye.
"Omg really?!!"

I then realize everyone was staring at us since we were in the waiting room and it's quiet

Y/N starts laughing and nods her head

"Yeah." She said in a faint voice

I grab Lei and pull Y/N out of the waiting room and into the elevator and that's when I burst into joy
"Oh my gosh this is exciting news what the heck congratulations!!!"
I embrace her in a tight hug and Y/N wipes her tears away. I start wiping mine away as well. I didn't even know I was crying too.
She laughs

"I think we have the perfect gift for the twins"
