We reached the venue and it was packed so we got thru with security then I heard Cardi yelling my name screaming "eoooww my bitches are back" we hugged and shared our hellos and she met the kids and they loved her.
We took the kids backstage where they could still see me perform and then soon I was going on. The kids hugged me and said "Do a good job mama, we love you" and my heart melted shit Jai was finna cry "I love y'all too, and this song is jus for you guys aight" and they nodded and smiled while I walked out and performed my song Icy Grl I had everybody bumping out in the crowd and the kids were having a blast so I brought them out on stage and we had fun
Jay POV: ================================ I was at a concert that a good friend of mine invited me to perform and it was the Migos so I was a last minute thing so I was rushed but when I was getting ready to go on I heard the rapper before me being announced and it broke me to here it "Welcome in Saweetie" I froze for a second then ran to the opening and saw something I never thought I would see again..
"Kairi? My Baby Kairi is here.. " I thought to myself but came out as a whisperer
She was performing and she was so hype and had a good vibe I wonder if she's moved on? But then she brought out these two kids and I didn't remember her or Jai having any younger siblings but the thought went away when I noticed she was done so it was my turn and I got announced out and performed..
Kairi POV I heard a name that open a wound in my heart and made me angry and sad. Jai jus looked at me and had a shocked look on her face and the kids were clueless to it all and time must've passed by fast because he was on his last song so I hurried to try and get out of here fast
Me and Jai and even Cardi began to get everything and speed walk out but just as Cardi and Jai we're putting the kids in the car I felt a hand grab my shoulder and he said my name.. a voice I would've killed to hear when I needed him but now holds love and hate in my heart
I looked at Jai and she just nodded and sat in the car with the kids and shit even Cardi hopped in jus to listen. I turned around and like reflex I slapped him across his face, turned his head back to look at me and his eyes held regret and sadness and a hint of anger in them. But he just held his head down and I seen my hand print on his cheek too ohh welp it happens🤷🏽♀️ "damn that felt good" I said He chuckled I was about to walk away til he grabbed my arm and I yanked away and turned to him "don't touch me" I said as calm as possible "Kai-" I cut him off "No you don't get to call me that anymore.. it's Saweetie to you"I said He sighed and I mocked him He began to say "Come on please jus let me explain" he pleaded, he was the only one who could handle my attitude anyway🙄 My eyebrows furrowed "Explain? What is their for you to explain I see it Jayson, you left and broke the promise that you made to me because of you my mom disowned me, my friends left me but you know what thank you for that ian need nun of dat bullshit around hea anyway and what your gonna apologize to me for leaving and your gonna ask me to give you another chance huh? Well guess what fuck you bruh ion get down li'dat man you know dat" I yelled at him and he just looked at me "you done?" He asked smartly smartass 🙄 i thought just as he was gonna speak I heard the car door open and heard little footsteps coming towards me and I panicked but it was to late "Mama, mommy" Kingston called for me My heart froze and I couldn't look jay in the eyes but I felt him burning holes in the side of my face..
