Trademark and tendering are the two things but in term of security and confidentiality both are same and highly sensitive. It needs a secure authentication during accessing the account like a Digital Signature. Digital Signature is playing a vital role in present trend of authentication in a secure transaction over the internet. 

An Electronic equivalent of information in the encrypted form embedded in a USB Token is known as Electronic Signature or Digital Signature. It is only used by a certified and approved people that are having a certificate from the certification authority which authenticates all the proofs and certificates duly provided by the applicant. The USB token are having a Digital Signature Certificate, a Private and a Public Key. These keys are used for encoding and decoding the message on various platform. 

There are some classes in the Digital Signature Certificate classified into different categories on the basis of their level of security and uses in various transactions. These are Class 2, Class 3 and DGFT. Class 2 DSC is used to perform the authentication process in electronic signing and filing process over the World Wide Web. Income Tax, MCA, EPFO and some of e-tendering departments along with banks and private organizations to access the internal accounts, prefer to use a Class 2 DSC for authentication. Class 3 DSC is issued to a company or an authorized individual on behalf of the company in many Departments. It is further categorized into two categories i.e. signing certificate and encryption certificate. 

As we know that e-Tendering and trademark e-filling are the highly sensitive and confidential transaction. Therefore the highest level of security and authentication is needed that can only be provided by the Class 3 DSC. To maintain the confidentiality and security as well as transparency in the transaction we use a Digital Signature for E-Tendering is used. Thus a company and a client for e-tendering save themselves from the repudiation and forgery with a confidence in online transaction. E-filing of documents and forms in the DPDT department for Trademark registration can only be performed by using a Digital Signature for Trademark E-filing. Thus one can authenticate himself in very high authentication process. 

A special type of Class 3 DSC is specified only for DGFT account. DGFT DSC is only issued to IEC code holding EXIMs organizations and an authorized person on behalf of organization. Thus by contacting a Digital Signature provider it is easy to get a digital Signature for trademark e-filing and e-tendering over the Internet.
