Hunter tord x monster Tom

Tord always snuck out at night, but his roommates were unaware till one night tom followed him out and saw tord killing monsters with other hunters.  Tom turns around and steps on a twig snapping it. Tom getting startled turns into his half shift (tom's half monster form) What will tord do when he finds out tom's a monster? Will he kill Tom or not?
