A Blessing In Disguise Official Timeline

Okay, so here's the official timeline. Now I'm not going to include every single major event that happens in both of the General Hospital and Days Of Our Lives universes because it's too time-consuming and complicated. I'm only going to include the ones that are relevant to the series. The next chapters will include the official cast list and the individual family trees. I'm going to do my best to remember the important events and dates and I may go back and fix any possible mistakes and errors I might make. 

1960s: 

1963 - General Hospital begins. 

1965 - Days Of Our Lives begins. 

Julie has an affair with David Martin and soon has a son named David Banning, whom she later gives up for adoption. 

Daphne DiMera pursues a relationship with a man named Tim Robicheaux, who would later become known as international terrorist and crime syndicate boss Yo Ling, while she is still married to Stefano DiMera. However, the romance abruptly ends when Tim goes off to fight in the Korean War. 

She never sees him again and sometime later she gives birth to their son John Black and gives him up to her sister Philomena Alamain to raise. Tim is then declared MIA when his plane is shot down in Korea and years of isolation and bitterness eventually caused him to develop a strong hatred towards the Western world in general. He then establishes the Phantom Alliance in a concerted effort to fight against its so-called evil influence. 

Tommy Horton disappears while fighting in the Korean War and then later returns under an assumed name. He then unknowingly enters into a relationship with his sister Marie Horton. 

Marie Horton also has a tumultuous and sleazy affair with Alex Manning and this relationship produces a daughter named Jessica Blake Fallon. Marie then eventually gives up her daughter for adoption and enters the convent in order to escape her salacious past. 

1968 - 

Daphne DiMera has an affair with a gardener named Enrico while married to Stefano DiMera and gives birth to a son named Anthony "Tony" DiMera. She then flees to Australia with her newborn son and raises him there. 

Stefano has an affair with Lee Dumonde while in Paris and Lee gives birth to a daughter named Renee Dumonde. Lee later flees Paris with her newborn daughter to protect her from her father and hides out in Georgia. 

1969 - Stefano also has a fling with Mikkos Cassadine's wife Helena while the pair are visiting Paris and Helena ends up giving birth to their daughter Vanessa. She then later gives up her child for adoption for the sake of convenience and Vanessa ends up being raised by a wealthy, affluent couple in the Upper East Side in New York City - New York State Senator and U.S. ambassador Arthur Graham, and department store heiress and socialite Doris Langston. 

1970s: 

General Hospital - Laura Webber arrives in Port Charles as a young teenager and eventually marries a young lawyer named Scotty Baldwin. While still married to Scotty, Laura is raped at a disco by Luke Spencer. 

Days Of Our Lives - A young con artist named Bryon Douglas ends up in prison alongside Mickey Horton and is paid by Susan Martin to court and seduce Julie under the name of Doug Williams; however, this scheme backfires as the two end up falling in love. 

Days Of Our Lives - Bill and Mickey Horton are engaged in an intense love triangle with Laura Spencer Horton, (holy crap, is it me or do the two Lauras on both Days Of Our Lives and General Hospital literally have the same last names?! So much for originality!). 

Bill and Laura then marry and have two children together - Jennifer Rose Horton and Mike Horton, who is a product of rape. During this time period Bill also has an affair with Kate Roberts, producing a son named Lucas Horton.
