The policemen arrives at the Mental Institution. They tell someone what is going on. Artemis, is slowly waking up. A women who works at the hospital named Sarah comes to get Artemis. The police leaves.
Artemis: ( confused) Where am I?
Sarah: Oh ma'am you are at St. John's Mental Institution.
Artemis: ( getting angry) Why am I here? I am not crazy!!
Sarah: Well, we were told that you are mentally challenged. You keep talking about your dead daughter, and you hit your boyfriend. He is terribly afraid of you.
Artemis: He hit me too!! ( pointing at her head).
Sarah: Out of self- defense, my dear.
Artemis: I can't believe this. ( drops to the floor crying) He killed my baby.
Sarah: What are you talking about?
Artemis: He made me get an abortion done when i didn't want to. He is responsible for everything. I am in this situation because of him.
Sarah: Ma'am, you need to calm down. In order to get an abortion you had to sign the documents, so in that moment you agreed to have the abortion done. Now, just because your regret that decision doesn't give you the right to blame someone else. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but what's done is done.
Artemis: I can't believe how insensitive you are. I didn't expect this from you; a women who should understand another women. What had this world come to? Have we all gone blind to each other's feelings? Are we that oblivious?!
( Artemis is crying uncontrollably. Sarah comes with another nurse, and injects Artemis with a substance that made her fall asleep).
