"Jacksepticeyeeeeeee!" I made my way over to the camera where Felix was and I stood next to him. We had just started recording a Reddit 50/50 video. This was the first video we had recorded with eachother in 2 years. We decided that in this video, we would just act like normal and behave like best friends, even though the entirety of the internet knew that we were dating. He said he'd kiss me on the cheek at the end, but that is the only romantic couple thingy we planned on doing.
"Yeah, let's do some shiiiit." I said, feeling a little uncomfortable because of the fact that it had been so long since we had made a video together. We hugged and then Felix explained the rules of the game.
"Damn, it's been so long since we've recorded together." He remarked. I nodded.
"Yeah, it really has. And our first video together is of bottle flipping, what great content." He chuckled and then there was a short silence. He grabbed his bottle, half filled with water as I grabbed my own. We shared a glance before shouting simultaneously...
"Camera 1!"
Time skip
"I can't believe that, I was doing so well, I had a streak!" I complained as we jumped up to the other camera.
"Yeah and then I destroyed it. Now let's see what we can click on to make Jack cry."
"You wanna make me cry?!" He laughed and looked over for a couple of seconds.
"Of course I don't." He then looked at the camera and nodded his head furiously in a joking manner. He hovered the mouse over a link.
"Ooo, this one sounds good." He claimed.
"Um, no it does not." I said as I read the title of the link, knowing that I was probably going to get the bad one.
"Ah don't worry about it, I'm sure you'll be fine." Felix said as he clicked on the link and then looked away, leaving me to find out on my own which one I got.
I got the bad one. A very bad one.
My eyes were glued to the computer screen as a video played of a man putting a hamster in his mouth and then chewing down on it, causing the hamster to 'pop'. As soon as it happened I felt sick to my stomach and I couldn't help but gag.
Felix, despite turning away, had watched it anyway and put his hand over his mouth, lost for words.
"Oh my god!" was the only thing he managed to say.
"That actually made me gag." I said. He looked over at me, a little berwilderment in his eyes.
"Really?" He asked and I nodded, my hand over my mouth in fear I was going to vomit. Felix put his arm around me, which in all honesty did make me feel a little better.
"W-why would you do this?" He asked the camera in his usual, knock-off Filthy Frank voice.
"My poor-my poor little Irish heart." I said, as Felix, for whatever reason, played the video again, probably to try and tell if it was real or not. Clearly he wasn't as shocked and disgusted by it as I was. As soon as he pressed play again I turned away, not even wanting to look a second time.
"Don't worry, it's gone now, it's gone." I turned around to discover that, to my delight, the video was no longer on the screen.
"You good?" Felix asked.
"Yeah. I'm good."
Time skip
"And I guess that is it for the video." Felix said, beginning to sign off. We had finished the video. I won, I'm just so much better at bottle flipping than he is.
"Jack, thanks for joining me. I know it's a long, hard journey to here from the kitchen." I chuckled.
"It is a chore." He looked at the camera. I knew he would kiss me soon, and I was a little nervous. This would be our first romantic, 'couple thingy' that we do on video, for everybody on the internet to witness.
"But yeah, that's it for the video. Make sure you like and subscribe, because if you don't, I will murder you. Thanks for joining me Jack."
"No problemo." That was when he went and kissed me. But not on the cheek like we had planned. He kissed me on the lips. I smiled and kissed him back, a little surprised, but not mad. Then he signed the video off as he always does.
"Welp...when that's done being edited, it'll be on YouTube. Our first video together in 2 years."
"If you think that's a long time, I had a crush on you for 4 years." He laughed and nodded, putting his hands on my waist.
"I love you." He kissed me on the forehead and I rested my head on his chest.
"I love you too."
