Hiya! Kittykat here!! I'm so excited to be writing with my boyfriend, and I didn't even know he wanted me to write with him until I saw his last chapter.
Like the book Influence, the characters are based on our personality. The reason you see the dork put "cute" and "adorably" is because that's how he sees me. But I'll stop talking. Time to write my portion!! Woo hoo!!!
"So where are we going?" I asked Jackson for the thousandth time. "Jackieeeeeee tell meeeee" I poked his cheek, having him huff playfully. "We're going out exploring princess."
"But what if there's monsters out here? Or even worse, spiders!!!" I shivered, "God I hate spiders. And Val has them everywhere. Feeding them, talking to them..."
"That's...disturbing..." he said, rubbing his jaw, the brows furrowed as if he was imagining it. "But you know how to defend yourself right?"
I nodded, "yeah. Mother and father taught me and Autumn when we were small." My throat tightened at my late twin sisters name. I was the reason she died. Everything got out of hand. She was stressing me out, and out of anger I pushed her away. Literally. She was angry because I had more powers than she had, and I didn't know how to use them properly. But with Valentine's help over the years, she helped me. I met her when I was 14, and now I'm 18, off on an adventure with the love of my life.
How he puts up with me is a mystery. I'm too energetic and cheerful for him. And yet he keeps me down to earth. He's the string to my little pink balloon.
No even better, he's the light blue pretty ribbon to my big shiny purple balloon!!!
We're two peas in a pod, off on an adventure. Where to? I don't know. What for? I don't know. But I know we'll find our way back.
