How to get soft unchapped lips
~take your toothbrush (make sure its not wet) and scrub your lips hard rinse off your toothbrush
~dip your fingers in Vaseline and put a layer of it on your lips
~go to bed with it on
~do this for a few nights and it should help
~after your lips are improved use chapstick because Vaseline isn't too good for you
