Cassandra

I looked at him the way i used to.

"Cassandra." He whispered his face shocked.

I wanted to crash against his warm body and tell him everything, from the pain to the loss.

"Peter." I smiled.

He had a look on his face as if he couldn't believe he'd see me in person ever again besides the picture of us that still lies in his wallet.

"What are you doing here? why didn't you just go to my house?" He asked.

"I know you better than that peter, you'd obviously be here." I laughed.

"Why'd you come?" He said taking a seat on the ground.

I sat down next to him just like it used to be.

"I need you."

I showed him my hand and he growled at it like a dog at an intruder who came into his territory.

He started punching the walls and screaming profanity.

"WHY HER?" He screamed down the alley.

I could hear faint screaming like a hawk screeching with a lion backing it up.

He froze and looked at me.

"Give me your hand." His raspy voice echo'd through the alley.

"I should worn you." He laughed "This isn't just an alley."

He took my hand and put his hand over it and squeezed it.

He uncovered his hand from mine and the mark was no longer there but what was there shocked me.

'Devil's Angel'

"I did the best i can." Peter sighed.

"Why do you care so much?" My head found it's way to his chest.

As i lay there on his chest looking at the top of the alley i realized something.

"I care about your feelings more than mine." He said.

"Your something else." I smiled.

"They don't want you here." He sighed.

"And why's that?" I asked.

"They feel too guilty and because you don't believe me you can't see them clearly." He frowned looking at the wall.

I do believe him.

I believe every

word he says.

"I believe you peter." I smiled.

"Look at the wall." He pointed.

I turned my head to the wall and suddenly the wall wasn't a wall it was just another passage?

He turned an smiled at me.

"Welcome to the dark side."
