Manager; Sir..  what happened to you.. what is that bandage on your leg...

Siddhant; I meet with accident and got mild crack on the leg.. nothing else...

Manager: where you went Sir.. you know i was worried for you and our further steps to be taken in the company...

Siddhant; Which further steps you are talking about???

Manager: Like giving salaries.. handling the payments... I was wondering what to do as you went missing... i am unable to answer our creditors...

Siddhant; I am sorry.. i was not suppose to leave like that and go.. but what to do.. when i myself was not knowing any of these...

Manager: What are you talking Sir??? you very well know our company position and the losses we faced...

Siddhant; No.. i am suffering from memory loss...

Manager; What???

Siddhant: Yes.. in the accident i lost memory of last few months.. i just return yesterday and thro others i came to know about my parents death itself and about the biz condition.. thats why i came to office today...

Manager; OMG... You dont remember anything.. then how we can handle..

Roli interruptted...

Roli; Sorry to talk in the middle when you both were talking.. i agree.. its bad that he lost his memory.. but that doesn't mean that it cant be handled.. lets discuss and do whatever needed...

Manager; Sorry to say this.. but i dont recognize who you are...

Siddhant; Sorry.. i missed to introduce.. She is Roli.. my wife.. we just got married yesterday...

Manager; Oh.. COngrats Sir...

Siddhant; Thanks...  As Roli said.. lets discuss and decide whatever we can...

Manager: But the problem is huge.. its not easy to handle in current position...  As mam dont know about the exact status.. she is telling that it can be handled...

Roli; I am sorry again.. i dont think anything as cant be handled... i believe we can... i know management too.. i was about to take care of our company... i did special courses in handling biz...

Manager: Which company is yours...

Roli: Divedi industries...

Manager: What???

Manager: I am sorry mam.. they are our competitor and whatever position we are in today is because of them...

Roli: May be they are competitor.. so what... let handle efficiently and get biz...

Manager: You mean.. you will work against your own company...

Roli: That is no more my company.. i am now married to Siddhant and now i am wife of MD of Bharatwaj industries.. hope you understand...

Manager started explaining the problems to Roli & Siddhant...

Siddhant: OMG.. these many problems.. we got no money.. no biz while we got so many creditors to be paid... how can we handle this...

Manager: This was the position which went above head and you went disappear..

Siddhant; oh.. i am really sorry... i can understand what your position might have been...

When Siddhant & Manager were talking about the problem...

Roli think for a while...

Roli: Can you please arrange meeting with all creditors & then with the bank...

Manager; Sure mam...

Manager went out and told all the creditors to meet before noon and took appointment with bank afternoon...

Manager told about the meeting arrangement to Roli & Siddhant...

Roli looked at Siddhant..

Roli: Siddhant.. now we know what our position is...

Siddhant; Yes...

Roli: Now we are in crucial position and we need to ask bank for the way to come out...

Siddhant; I agree...

Roli: Lets ask time with all creditors.. then ask bank for the way to come out with some sort of loan or something like that...

Siddhant; ok.. good idea...

Roli: Siddhant.. whatever phase we are going to cross now is very crucial.. wish we come out successful...

Siddhant; I believe we can when you are with me Roli...
