Unexpected visitors

Y/N P.O.V.

(3 weeks later)

Getting Everest was the best idea. He filled the void in my heart and I started to smile again. But I still stayed in my house and sometimes let Everest run outside in the backyard.

I woke up this morning with a smelly alarm clock licking my face.

"Everest you stinky little rascal." I giggled and picked up Everest. Everest just wagged his tail and his sloppy tongue sticking out of his mouth.

"Its time for breakfast sir Smelly." I smiled and putted Everest down on the floor. He sat and starred at me, waiting for me to get up from the bed.

I got up and putted on my slippers and walked to the kitchen.

Everest pushed his food bowl towards me and waited for me to give him his food.

I took out the bag of dog food and poured it into his bowl. He happily ate his food and I poured myself some tea.

I went to the livingroom and turned on the TV to watch my f/s again.

Everest soon joined me and he rested on my lap and I petter his head while drinking my tea.

Suddenly there was a knock at my door. Everest's ears went up and he started growling. I quietly got up and slowly made my way to the peephole on my door.

My heart stopped at who was.

No no no no no no!!!

It was Tom and Vanessa!!

I ran to my room to hide in my closet. Suddenly I remembered something.

"Fuck I forgot to take the spare key from under the flowerpot!" I whisper yelled at myself. I heard the front door unlock and Everest started to bark.

"Hey boy don't worry we just want to make sure Y/N is alright." Tom said to Everest from downstairs.

I heard their footsteps coming up the stairs. With every thump of their feet made my heart beat even faster. I heard my bedroom door open and they entered my room.

"Oh she must be out." Tom said sounding a bit disappointed suprisingly. 

"I quickly want to go use her bathroom before we go." Vanessa said making her way to my bathroom.

I opened the closet door very slowly and just wide enough for me to see Tom looking at a picture frame that was on my nightstand.

For some reason I felt the urge to get out and hug him but I didnt want to do it. Do you know that feeling when someone is standing close to you yet they feel very far away? That was how I felt that very moment.

The sound of the bathroom door opening snapped me out of my thoughts. The closet door was just open wide enough to see VANESSA IN FUCKING LINGERIE!!!

OH FUCK TO THE NO!!

"You look ravishing my dear but we have to move this at my place." Tom said in a low Loki voice. Damn that Loki voice makes me melt inside.

"Come on love she'll never know and I cant hold it anymore." Vanessa smiled and moved closer to him. With one movement she pushed him against the closet door, slamming it shut.

"Oh I know you can't hold it but this is Y/N house and it will be disrespectful to have sex in her bedroom." Tom said picking her up.

"Awe please." Vanessa begged and wrapped her legs around his waist.

"No." Tom said and I heard his footsteps going towards the door. The door closed but I stayed in the closet cause my brain was still calculating whatjust happened.

I heard Tom's car start and drove off. I climbed out the closet and started crying. Everest ran to me and licked my face.

"Thanks Everest." I sniffed and hugged Everest tightly. Everest cuddled close to my chest while I was busy crying on the floor

Then I felt something change in myself. I guess this what it feels when you just don't care anymore. The numbness just takes over.

"I'm done crying about a guy. He broke my heart and so be it." I mumbled and petted Everest's head.

I stood up and went to get my jacket. I took Everest's leash and putted on his collar. At this point I didn't care. I didn't care that Tom had a girlfriend that's a real bitch.

I opened my front door and saw Tom's car still in my driveway  and I saw them having sex in my driveway. At this point I didnt care. I smirked and hitted my fist on Tom's jaguar's hood and the car alarm went off. They both jumped and while they were looking at each other making sure they are okay I walked away towards the dog park.
