(Y/N's POV)

I'm screwed.

That's the only thought that I can hear inside my head, echoing, bouncing, hitting against my brain.

'You idiot!' I think, furiously running down the long corridor towards the cafeteria, 'How could you think of singing up there? Any student or teacher could have caught you at it! And why, why, WHY in the world does it have had to be JUNGKOOK who listened to me sing?'

I immediately ran into the cafeteria and ignoring the stares of other people in the cafeteria, I went directly over to Jisoo and angrily plopped down next to her.

"Y/N!" Jisoo exclaimed, alarmed to see me in this state, "Why are you so late? I was waiting for you in front of the library for thirty minutes, and you never showed up, so I thought, 'Well, even Y/N's going to abandon me now!' and I just came in to eat lunch and - and why are you so red? Are you blushing? And why have you been running down the hall? You KNOW that's prohibited! And, oh, you're so late now, but, are you hungry? Do you want to share my lunch with me?"

I barely heard what Jisoo said, because in the middle of her speech, I also saw Jungkook rushing in, red faced, who sat next to his usual gang, who looked like as if they were questioning him the same questions Jisoo was asking me.

He looked up and for some reason, our eyes locked. He cocked his head to the side, while I gulped, and we had a silent eye fight about this situation.

Finally, I gave in and shook my head slowly, begging him with my eyes not to tell him of what happened.

His cute nose gave a slight twitch and he also slowly nodded bearing my favor to will.

I smiled at him slightly, him vice versa, and came back to Jisoo's attention, who was still ongoing about this homework and test she received from her teacher.

"-SO I tell Ms. Park, 'No, Ms. Park! You can't just schedule a test the day before the actual test!'and she's like 'Well, Ms. Kim, I guess we'll have to settle on more pop quizzes, since you seem to complain a lot about your education.' And now the whole class hates me for it, and -"

"Jisoo!" I interrupted her while still staring at the popular 7 boys of Bighit High joking and laughing among themselves except for Namjoon and Jungkook, who both looked lost in thought, "Can you tell me about those 7 boys over there? What's their back story?" I pointed over at them, curious about how they settled in here.

"So, Y/N," Jisoo's black eyes gleamed while she propped her two hands under her chin to look intimidating, "I guess you're one of those girls, huh?"

"What kind of girls?" I replied, frowning at her conclusion about me.

"Those girls who, like me, like every single girl in this school, who has a secret, or NOT so secret crush on those 7 boys." She stated simply, sighing while contentedly staring at them across the dining hall.

Okay.

So Jisoo was like this too.

I sighed defeatedly and said, "Just tell me about them."

"Well," Jisoo informed me, a slight frown on her pretty features, "No one really knows. Some people say that they are just regular high school boys who came here four years ago since their freshman year. But I think different." And by then, Jisoo was frowning more intently, leaning across the table more physically to stare at the seven boys just like every single girl in this school.

"What do you mean?" I asked, confused by Jisoo's sudden change of attitude.

Jisoo then came back to her bubbly, friendly demeanor, sat back down again, shrugged and replied, "I think they're not normal humans. Like," She pointed at them, "How can human men be this perfect? They're so perfect they're IMperfect."
