Vernon's POV
I heard knock on my door,
"Come in"
Emma came in with one file,
"Sir here's your report, I tried my best to get every detail and this much is what I got" she explained as she gave me the file.

"Alright! Thank you! I'll read it" I replied as she walked out of the cabin. I opened the file and there was some basic info like her birthday and all, then after turning two pages, I saw one heading 'Park Woong and Xu Minghao dating'..

Ok.. let's see this..

Park Woong and Xu Minghao dating:-
It is reported that Xu Minghao proposed Park Woong in 2012 and they even started dating. They were indeed pretty close since they were childhood friends so it wasn't hard for them to continue their relationship; but it is reported that they broke up in 5 days. They never told anyone why they broke up but it is said that, they were not comfortable in doing the stuffs other couples do (like kissing and all). They realized that they don't get that feeling while kissing each other and decided to break up. After that incidence, both the individuals have been together as best friends and don't have any other feelings for each other.

So that's why they're together... That makes sense..

I called Emma in my cabin and she came in right in a minute,
"Book a ticket to China" I commanded,
"Only one?" "Yes" she nodded and went outside. I called mom,

Yes kid
Mom I'm heading to China to meet your friend's daughter
What? Suddenly?
I'm just interested, tell your friend that and ask her if I can live in her daughter's dorm
Oh-alright, but son do you want me to start seeing wedding suits for you?
Mom just do what is told, I haven't even meet her
Alright alright, I'll get back to you
Yes

I ended up the call and waited for her to reply, in somewhat of 5 mins she called me back.

So?
Nothing, I told her, she's happy, she'll send you her daughter's contact details
Okay! I'll be home in a few minutes
alright

I ended the call and called Emma, guided her with what is to be done in my absence and left to home.Then packed my necessary things and left for China.

End of flashback
- and now I'm here with you" I completed my story. "So you're saying, you got full information about me??" Woong asked amazed,
"Yes, I kind of know many things about you" I replied.

Woong's POV
"I see" I replied not knowing what to do or say, "Let's go" he led me and we had great fun!

Next day
"Woo! You'll be late!" Hansol called.
"Coming!" "Yah! Woo don't rush! You'll get hurt!" Minghao scolded as I skipped the alternate stair. "Take this" he handed me a bottle of milk, tiffin box of breakfast and we headed out for the school.

Jeonghan was already waiting,
"You're late, Woo" he said as he opened the door for me.
I thanked him and got in, I started having my breakfast. "Yo dove Gyu and -"
"Yes I drove them" Jeonghan replied,
"Eat first!" Minghao scolded. I smiled and continued eating. We reached and went to our class.

After the classes were done, we went to our cafe, I saw Wonwoo waiting.
He was nervous, scared, upset...
"Anything wrong?" I asked,
"Nayeon's dad wants our engagement" he said making me feel numb.
"And you know I don't want it" he continued. "I'm sorry Wonwoo" I replied as I turned back to go to kitchen.

"You'll see me engaged by the end of this week if you do this!" He shouted.
I ignored as tears poured down my cheeks, he continued calling my name but I just couldn't get back to him.

"You're crying Woo" Seokmin came,
"Oh no I'm not" I replied as I wiped my tears.
"Do you like him that much?" He asked as he offered me handkerchief.
"No I don't" I denied.
"You can't lie, you know right?" He was comforting me.

"Woo!! You're crying! What did that Jeon Wonwoo do??" Minghao came and hugged me.
"He didn't do-"
"He's going to get engaged by the end of this week" Seokmin cut off my sentence.
"Woo, please don't cry" Minghao helped me calm down.

"Can't we do anything?" Seokmin asked,
"We can.." I said,
"Then why did you..?"
"You're not doing it" Minghao protested knowing what I was thinking.

"But if that's the only way then-"
"There's one more" Minghao spoke,
"What is it?" I looked up to him.
"Joshua hyung.." Minghao spoke.

Is he serious?? Why would Joshua help us?? And what if Wonwoo get to know about this? What will he think about me? Am I overthinking? Did I do right by rejecting his offer?? Why can't we just confess to each other already?! Is it too hard??
