A man that she recognised from before walked into the room. He walked over to her and said "My name is Alessandro Angelo, one of the biggest drug dealer in California".
"What could you possibly want from me?.....last time I checked I didn't do drugs" Joanna replied sassily earning herself a death glare from the man who she now know as Alessandro.
"What do you want from me?" she asked the question again. Alessandro laughed. "Revenge" he said with a serious tone.
Joanna wrinkled her nose and furrowed her eyebrows in confusion.
"Last time I checked, this is the first time I have seen you so I don't understand how you want revenge when I have never done anything to you" she argued sassily.
As she uttered the last words, the Alessandro's ring clad fist connected with her right cheek. She felt warm liquid running down her cheek and soon realised that it was blood.
"I do not understand, what have I ever done to you!?" she asked loudly. Alessandro slapped her harshly across her face.
She whimpered in pain, positive that his hand had left a mark. "Be careful of your tone child" the man said seriously.
