Danielle's POV
Hi, I am Danielle Rose. I am ten years old with long, curly blonde hair. I love my hair so much, it's so pretty. I have blue eyes that shine in the sun, everyone is always telling me how beautiful they are. I am 5 foot 1, I hate that I am so short but my mom tells me not to worry about it. I have white skin, very white skin. It burns in the sun all the time.
I live on a street with lots of houses, my house is big like all the other houses. We eat at fancy restaurants all the time and we buy name brand products. We go to do activities every weekend, and they are so much fun. I think my favorite adventure so far has been ziplining, it feels like you are flying.
My room is huge and I even have my own bathroom. I dont know what to do with half of the space because I dont own that much stuff. I have two Guinea pigs that have separate cages, but I can attach them so they can socialize with each other. I have a curly white one named sunshine and a black and brown one named jingles.
We own two dogs also. A boxer named Daisy, she's has a brindle coat. And a dalmatian named Checkers. She looks like the average dalmatian. They are so gentle and sweet. I love them with all my heart.
I am homeschooled but it does not matter because there are lots of kids in my neighborhood. I get along with them for the most part.
But my life didn't start off this 'perfect' by any means.
Flashback begins
Caroline's POV
"Honey" I said as I looked over to my husband John.
He hummed in response telling me to continue.
"I think the baby is coming" as I suppressed a scream.
"You think?" He questioned.
"I know" I glared at him.
"Ok" he sighed "get in the car" he demanded.
I wobbled to the car and sat down in the front seat. He drove to the nearest hospital that was 20 minutes away from the house.
When we arrived I let out a scream of pain and nurses rushed over to me.
"Your water has just broken we need to get you in a room now" one of the nurses spoke. I just nodded.
About an 20 minutes later a doctor can in and checked how far I was along.
"Alright Mrs.Rose I am gonna have you breath and then give me three big pushes" the doctor said as she got ready to catch the baby.
I pushed and pushed and pushed and then I heard that sound.
Crying and more crying and it continued until the nurse carried her away to clean her up and do tests.
About two hours later they brought her to me and set her in my arms and looked at John who was filling out the paper work.
"Danielle Lee Rose" he looked up and smiled as he wrote it down.
I then looked at the nurse and then my husband.
"Give me the papers to put her up for adoption" I said with a smile as they took her from my arm and came back about five minutes later with the paper work I needed, and Danielle Lee Rose was sent to the adoption center.
Flashback ends
A week after I was born the Browns adopted me. I have been with them ever since.
I am so happy with my mom and dad, they are great teachers and we go hiking alot and do alot of things in nature.
The only real health condition I have, is that I have is my anxiety disorder. I have to take medication to calm myself down just so I can get through the day. But I am surviving each and every day, each day I feel better than the last. Even though I will never not have anxiety, because when I was born I came out with an anxiety disorder that makes me shake and worry when I dont know what I am even worrying about. I dont know or understand fully yet, I am still a kid. But I am powering through and making the best out of each day.
So...this is me. I am a crazy girl who wants nothing but to be happy with my new family who treats me like I have always deserved. I love them with all my heart.
I am happy.
I am loved.
I am safe.
I am wanted.
So, I had the urge to write this so bad and I couldn't get the idea out of my head. So here is the story that might be actually good.
There will be regular updates on this book.
Stay strong, stay beautiful.
